He was as surprised as the rest of the world was when the EC handed him the Oval Office, despite losing to Clinton by about 3 million votes. Trump was out of his depth from day one in the OO, bluffed and faked and his way through, and now his bluff has been called and the fakery exposed for all to see. A pathetic man, unfit for leading a great nation in a time of crisis. Some men have greatness thrust upon them and fumble it; that will be Trump's legacy.
He tried his hardest to be a dictator, but the checks and balances of the US constutional democracy defeated him. Doesn't exonerate him from his attempts at total control by exploiting perceived loopholes. He doesn't deserve anything but opprobrium and contempt and neither do his self-serving lackeys.
