Debates

Some of you are upset or against the livestream public execution of a terrorist who killed 13 people.

You cheered when Charlie Kirk was publicly executed because he was a Christian who debated college kids.

Can you explain why?

celebrating a death is not condoning that it was livestreamed. choosing to livestream a death is very different to accidentally catching a death on a livestream so no hypocrisy im afraid just you conflating two seperate things.

Not that I have strong feeling about it, but can you explain why Hegseth thinks a livestream public execution is necessary? Is it supposed to deter others from doing the same thing? Because the only people besides the victim's families that will be watching it are people that get off on death. Like Christa Pike and her satanist ex boyfriend. People like that.

Do Islamic terrorists like to watch their own getting executed?
People already know terrorists that kill Americans get the death penalty.

@Metal-Brain

Everyone knows driving too fast causes accidents.
People still drive too fast.

Show teenagers who are getting their driving license and speeders some videos of actual real accidents with the dismemberment and mangled bodies and it hits home different.

I saw one picture of a girl who was speeding and her face was peeled off and the rest of her head was stretched into a long "crushed watermelon" shape. (I can give you the information to see for yourself if you want to see it too)

I've never driven fast ever again after seeing that damage.

Now, everyone knows the death penalty exists but imagine seeing a hanging on tv and his eyes are popping out of his head and his tongue is popping out and he's crapping in his pants and making that weird face people make when they are being hung...

It hits home different.

That terrorist is lucky he's getting the firing squad and a hood over his head.
Personally I think they shouldn't use the hood and let everyone see his face.

And yes, public executions will deter crime, provided they are gorry and horrible to see.

Waiting 30 years for a private execution that uses lethal injection does not deter anything.

Do you think showing terrorist being executed will deter terrorism?

It's better than your method of doing nothing at all. 😉

Nothing at all is better than your suggestion that we put pink buckets on our heads, change our name to Steven and spend all day putting field mice in cute little victorian dresses. I mean how is that going to help?

It likely will do the opposite. He becomes a martyr.

Learn something for fvcking once.

Teenage boys have less distance perception than when they’re 25+. Hence they are more accident prone.

The death penalty does not lower crime. Multiple research has proven this.

God damn. Why do I bother?

Public executions make us look weak and petty and hopeless and cornered. These men (Hegseth and Trump) inject botox and wear makeup and wigs all day, shouting nonsense about testosterone. They come from reality shows, podcasting desks and newsrooms, now assigned to make life-death decisions they have no experience or credentials and scream about bringing back the meritocracy. Here are some quotes from someone who actually has extensive US military experience and training:
According to Amnesty International, 17 people were publicly executed in 2025. Eleven of these were in Iran and six in Afghanistan. Are we so weak, so insecure, that we must convince the world that we are still powerful by making a public spectacle of an execution? Or maybe Secretary Hegseth and President Trump intend this as a spectacle for the American people: a show of just how much testosterone the two men have surging through their veins.

No one should shed a tear for Hasan. I certainly won’t. But if Hegseth thinks that this public display will somehow deter others from horrible acts of violence, he is mistaken. Terrorists seek attention above all. Publicizing Hasan’s death therefore could incite other extremists to do equally egregious acts. And it adds to the narrative, advanced by our enemies and ever more worrying to our allies, that the United States has lost its way.

@shavixmir

So don't watch it.

Didn't y'all woke anti white clowns tell us to not watch those ridiculously woke shows that were beyond pathetic?

Don't watch the execution if you can't handle it. 😉

Does it give you pause - at all - knowing that the only countries who execute prisoners publicly are run by terrorists?

@wildgrass

Y'all hate America and Americans.
Y'all hate the entire history of America.

And yet, y'all constantly worried about what some "perceived other people" think about the USA?

Pick a side already.

And nobody over here in NA gives a damn what some euro wimps think. 😄

Oh so now you want to call those middle east countries and it's people terrorist...riiiight.

You never wanted to say that before 😄

Y'all prefer Muslims than Whites so we are trying to be more like the Muslims.

Stop complaining.
