People and drugs getting INTO the US is a US border problem, not a Canadian problem! When you cross the border from Canada to the US you pay a few dollars at the canadian gate side of the border, and then you stop at the US border and talk to border agents.
IF the border agent doesn't catch the dude on the watchlist, or doesn't check the car for drugs, that's a US BORDER PROBLEM.
Don't blame Canada for the US agents not doing their job properly.
