I think you mix bs with truth like most activist. We are all bigger or smalller than someone else, but there was no attack to warrant killing someone, just ghetto rules.
I grew up in a rough, working class neighborhood not a "ghetto" but the "rule" was, if some bully pushed you, you hit him. If somebody said they were going to "beat your a**" the fight had already started.

And if you were smaller or in a bad position, there wasn't any shame to reach for a weapon.

Maybe Austin Metcalf never learned any of that in bully school.

No one did that, except the black woman racist, it was agreed by all also on the other two being educators also. So it’s not a law to have a certain race on the jury.

Did you see the black woman outside the courthouse say she would still let karmelo off even if he is guilty with a twirl of her head like she really said something intelligent?
Nope and I fail to see the relevance of what some bystander said just because she happened to be black.

Are you implying all blacks should have been excluded from the jury because they'd be too sympathetic to a black defendant?

You have to be in fear for your life with a credible threat to use lethal force.

You cannot stab someone because they hurt your feelings, or slapped you, or called you names, or pushed you.
What were Zimmerman's and Rittenhouse's excuse?

When did Austin Metcalf get promoted to the position of "tent police" with the authority to put his hands on others he regarded as "trespassers"?

He was warned not to touch Anthony (something he had no legal right to do) but decided to play big bully against the smaller kid. I've seen similar things many times; a bigger male pushing and/or shoving someone not as big a ...[text shortened]... imes they get away with it, but sometimes their force is met with force. That's what happened here.
bully. big vs small. so queer a comment

i have never written bully. any fellOWS here ever write bully in a post.?

He may not but I sure am. The same with liberals

Did he make the statement to the police officer or not?

He didn't want to admit it at trial (he was a hostile witness called by the defense) but when faced with the "papers" (undoubtedly his own statement), he had to:

"Defense: "That's when Melo reached into his bag, after Austin mentioned something about wanting to beat his a-?"

Witness: "Yes.""
Now YOU are putting words in the witnesses mouth

Words that he said to the detective.

The first case I mentioned about not wanting to convict was the third jury member. The other was outside after the verdict was read. I’m not saying anything about all black people just this mindset and why it might be difficult to find non bias.

Sam the Sham loves to talk about big Black men bullying him. That's why he carries a concealed pistol.

So did I, but lower not middle until my freshman year. Of course you are a little bitch and no one did that to karmelo you can’t kill for a push. The last fight I had in HS he was 6’6” had a hundred pounds at least on me, I put him in the hospital and he never came back to school. I was 6’1 180 pounds. These aren’t pro fighters where these things really matter as much as you say they were 17 at a school track meet. Does your example match the law?

The jury was not all white.

Does the law take size into account? Just asking for a friend.

How do you know that?

And a Memorial Student who was there gave a statement that day to police stating:

"Metcalf said something to the effect of "I'll beat your ass"".

Maybe that explains why Anthony was warning Metcalf not to touch him.
You mean the defense witness that recanted when he was testifying?
