@mike69 saidI showed this was categorically incorrect on page 4 of this thread:
He was the aggressor touch me and see what happens. Unlike metcalf I could shove not push the living sht out of you, hit you with my fist and it’s not self defense if you stab and kill me for it.
""Disparity of force refers to a situation where your attacker, although unarmed, has such a significant physical or tactical advantage that a reasonable person in your position would fear death or serious bodily injury. In the eyes of the law, that overwhelming advantage acts as a weapon.
"In one Texas case, a man lawfully used deadly force while trapped in his car as a stronger attacker punched him through the window. The court ruled his use of force was justified due to his inability to escape or fight back effectively."

A guy shot an unarmed assailant who punched him and it was found to be self-defense. Do you think it wouldn't have been self-defense if he stabbed him instead?
@mike69 saidIt was a public trial extensively covered by the media. Sure, a transcript would be nice, but reporters were there and gave exact quotes of the testimony in the articles I linked to. Nowhere did anyone say some of the things you have claimed like Anthony was suspended and not even supposed to be there for example. You are obviously using bad sources when you get information as incorrect as that.
You have a listening and comprehension problem along with being very dishonest. Answer the questions I’ve asked twice in just a few post. You don’t know any complete facts no transcripts released, just ghetto mentality on the facts. Please answer me lawyer any grounds for self defense, jumped, and on, you made a ton of false claims throughout.
@mike69 saidYou posted the same thing twice you fvking moron. Take the marbles out of your mouth you babbling idiot.

@no1marauder saidI countered yours from court tvs reporter from you many lies, go back. How’s that little multi tool working out, he was jumped, raining, he was doing no wrong, he couldn’t back out, karmelo was the actual aggressive one with threats of what we now know to be death when saying touch me and see what happens. Crackerjack prize lawyer. You see the black woman after the trial saying she doesn’t know what to tell her five boys after karmelo found guilty? How about do t kill people for touching you or a push???

@no1marauder saidClearly something happened not adding up to your story silly boy.
Yes, the guy who put his hands on the other guy first wasn't the "aggressor" according to his track teammates.
It's now clear that Anthony went over and talked to Parra whom he knew well and sat down. He was still sitting when Metcalf put his hands on him.
That's the trial testimony as reported in the local media links I provided.
@no1marauder saidAgain with the "he put hands on him" like he violently grabbed him....Every witness there said Metcalf barely touched him with just a slight tap on his shoulder....That's not something you use deadly for against, Mr. Lawyer...You are a lawyer, aren't you?
When did Austin Metcalf get promoted to the position of "tent police" with the authority to put his hands on others he regarded as "trespassers"?
He was warned not to touch Anthony (something he had no legal right to do) but decided to play big bully against the smaller kid. I've seen similar things many times; a bigger male pushing and/or shoving someone not as big a ...[text shortened]... imes they get away with it, but sometimes their force is met with force. That's what happened here.
@no1marauder saidNo, you are wrong and the size wasn’t that far off, karmelo was actually around 6’2” when in police station by the height chart. Look up actual tx law.

Present some actual testimony contradicting anything I have claimed and not the opinions of Metcalf's teammates on who the "aggressor" was or whether it was self-defense or not (such testimony should not have been allowed). The whole reason the canopies were set up by multiple teams was because it was raining but we have you claiming without any support at all it wasn't.
Seriously, unless you're going to present some actual support for anything you say, I'm not going to waste further time with such idiocy.
@mike69 said"The physical disparity between the two teens became one of the most contentious elements of the case. Metcalf, a football linebacker, was about 6 feet tall and roughly 200 pounds, according to his bio. Anthony, also an athlete, was listed at 5 feet, 11 inches and about 162 pounds."

@Cliff-Mashburn saidHis own brother said Metcalf shoved Anthony with the intent to get him out of the tent. Sure, some of Metcalf's teammates tried to minimize the amount of force used but no one disputed that Metcalf put his hands on Anthony and that he had to go up several layers of bleachers to do so and that Anthony was still sitting.
Again with the "he put hands on him" like he violently grabbed him....Every witness there said Metcalf barely touched him with just a slight tap on his shoulder....That's not something you use deadly for against, Mr. Lawyer...You are a lawyer, aren't you?
And a Memorial Student who was there gave a statement that day to police stating:
"Metcalf said something to the effect of "I'll beat your ass"".
Maybe that explains why Anthony was warning Metcalf not to touch him.
@no1marauder saidYour an activist with no integrity, and lawyer wannabe, You think the police body cam is fake it on the news.

@no1marauder saidNone of this happened though, they were also both in shape same age football players at larger schools. Karmelo kept getting smaller and smaller during the trial finally down to 5’8” 140pounds to help create this story. They don’t look to be that extreme in size difference like you are trying to creat here. Austin never hit karmelo either or any kind of beatdown by a group to fear for his life are you joking. It was just cold blooded murder.
