Yes his team did not have a tent
Yes it was raining but he remained in the tent after the rain stopped.
Yes he had been suspended previously, allegedly for having a knife.
Yes he knew someone on Austin’s team and went over to meet them.
Yes he did not tell anyone else why he was there, leading to teammates wondering why this random guy showed up.
Yes after talking to his friend he sat down on the team seats and refused to explain why he was there or leave, when asked he just stared off in the distance.
Yes he should have been warming up at that time.
Yes he insulted the team while sitting there, calling their football team “ass” and saying the kids were “bitches” and “pussies”.
No Karmelo does not have a self defense claim
No none of the witnesses has said Austin was the aggressor, everyone said Karmelo was.
No Austin did not fall on the knife as the defense alleged.
