The only idiot here is you.

You cannot stab someone for being pushed.

You cannot murder someone for being pushed.

He was rightfully convicted.

He and you are in need of some emotional control via a support group.
I guarantee you I can find cases where a smaller person assaulted by a larger one was acquitted even though they used lethal force or simply in a disadvantageous position (as Anthony was):

"Disparity of force refers to a situation where your attacker, although unarmed, has such a significant physical or tactical advantage that a reasonable person in your position would fear death or serious bodily injury. In the eyes of the law, that overwhelming advantage acts as a weapon.

"In one Texas case, a man lawfully used deadly force while trapped in his car as a stronger attacker punched him through the window. The court ruled his use of force was justified due to his inability to escape or fight back effectively."

Wrong.

They tried to get black jurors but all of them answered in a way that eliminated them from the pool.
The prosecution wilfully allowing this and never requesting a black "representation" in the jury, which sadly shows they aren't as racist as you because they didn't care but you as a white person demanded it, shows they planned on going forward without complaint so they could abuse the appeal process.

You're hoping the Democrats win the next White House so they can pack the supreme court and overturn the conviction.

If it gets that bad, you'll be begging for the old USA in your lifetime. Provided you are under 60 years of age right now.

You have to be in fear for your life with a credible threat to use lethal force.

You cannot stab someone because they hurt your feelings, or slapped you, or called you names, or pushed you.

That's BS. One gave an eliminating answer; three others were struck because they were "educators" or at least that's the excuse the prosecutor gave.

You really don't seem to know virtually anything about the case.

What would a reasonable person assaulted while they were sitting by a 200 lb HS linebacker who outweighed you by about 50lbs think? That's the test.

The jury made its call, but there seem to be several serious legal errors in the conduct of the trial. We'll see what the appellate courts do.

My main point doesn't really have to do with the jury verdict anyway, but that Metcalf was the instigator of the whole thing and if he had just left Anthony alone (or if the latter's presence bothered him soooooooooooooooooo much, go get the coach who was 20 feet away) then nobody dies that day.

What's the lie, a**hole?

Everything I said was true according to the testimony; Parra asked Anthony over, shook his hand, talked to him for a few minutes and never asked him to leave.
No where does it state in testimony para invited Anthony over…actually para thought it weird that Anthony was there…according to his testimony

"Sixty-five-year-old Michael Monahan shot and killed 49-year-old Raymond Mohlman and Mathew Vitum when the two younger men attacked him in a dispute over the sale of a boat. Prosecutors initially sought the death penalty because the two men had been unarmed. A Palm Beach County judge disagreed. In a ruling invoking Florida’s “Stand Your Ground” law the judge pointed out that Mohlman had been a professional wrestler. Both men were younger and stronger. They outnumbered him. "

Yes it does, you idiot. I gave you the cite:

""The defense called a 17-year-old Memorial High School student to the stand. He said he did not want to be there and had only met with the defense lawyers for about two minutes. He was also interviewed by a detective after the stabbing. In that interview, he told police that his teammate, Eddie Parra, had called Anthony over to the tent. He said he saw them shake hands. Anthony sat down, and then the two talked."

That's a student from Metcalf's High School who gave a sworn statement to police.

From your post:

""Did you think it was weird that Karmelo Anthony was in your tent?" the attorney asked.

"Yeah," Parra said."

That question and answer shouldn't have been allowed in the first place; it's the prosecutor leading his own witness putting words in his mouth.

" In general, leading questions are not allowed during the direct examination of a witness ".

No it is not the words of the witness.
It is a summarization by a writer, not actual testimony.

What is the name of this witness?

Why would Parra think it “weird” Anthony was there if he had invited him?

Your lie falls apart at that point.

😂😂😂

They didn't give the names of witnesses under 18 years old.

Sure, the local TV station just made it up including the fact the witness said it in a statement to police.

Parra never said that, the prosecutor did. If it was so "weird" how come Parra dabbed him, had a friendly conversation with him and never asked Anthony to leave?

Again where is the lie?
