Would "assaulted" be better for you?

We're already begging for the old USA.
The old USA told us to get off Indian Land!!!!! Obama just put his atrocious edifice on Indian land. You are conflicted.

What would a reasonable person assaulted while they were sitting by a 200 lb HS linebacker who outweighed you by about 50lbs think? That's the test.

The jury made its call, but there seem to be several serious legal errors in the conduct of the trial. We'll see what the appellate courts do.

My main point doesn't really have to do with the jury verdict anyway, but t ...[text shortened]... ered him soooooooooooooooooo much, go get the coach who was 20 feet away) then nobody dies that day.
Maybe he would have stabbed the coach.

Some Centennial students including Anthony had taken refuge in a baseball dugout at the stadium that day to get out of the rain; a baseball coach had told them they couldn't stay there and they left without incident.

So your scenario is highly implausible.

They didn't give the names of witnesses under 18 years old.

Sure, the local TV station just made it up including the fact the witness said it in a statement to police.

Parra never said that, the prosecutor did. If it was so "weird" how come Parra dabbed him, had a friendly conversation with him and never asked Anthony to leave?

Again where is the lie?
You are trying to portray as Anthony being invited to the tent by the same person (parra) that testified he thought it was weird Anthony was there.

You are an idiotic fool

That's what the testimony was. And Parra certainly didn't act like it was "weird" despite the words the prosecutor put in his mouth.

You're a clown to keep denying it.

But what happened, I have forgotten. With all this batter and back-and-forth. Didn’t a guy walk into an area , where he technically did not belong, with an open knife?? I’m trying to get the picture here. It’s best to start the beginning.
Let’s hope Shav does not try to answer this, because he/she thinks that everyone belongs everywhere, that there are no restrictions on where people are, that no person is illegal, such as that

Wrong.

They tried to get black jurors but all of them answered in a way that eliminated them from the pool.
The prosecution wilfully allowing this and never requesting a black "representation" in the jury, which sadly shows they aren't as racist as you because they didn't care but you as a white person demanded it, shows they planned on going forward witho ...[text shortened]... ou'll be begging for the old USA in your lifetime. Provided you are under 60 years of age right now.
Nonsense. They didn’t “answer in a way that eliminated them” they were systematically excluded because of their race. Lawyers are allowed a certain number of juror dismissals without having to give a reason.

“With an open knife”?

No. It was a pocketknife in his backpack. He didn’t open it until they started threatening him.

You boys are easy pickin’s today

“””It seems like there might be a mix-up with the names. If you are referring to the Karmelo Anthony murder trial from Texas, witnesses and prosecutors stated that he did have an open pocket knife inside his backpack”. I found this on Google. It was AI.

Google AI:

Prompt: karmelo anthony was his knife open before being threatened

AI Response: Evidence presented in court revealed that Karmelo Anthony's folding knife was not open when the initial confrontation began.

Just heard today that he has not paid the black owned contractors who built that eye sore.

Marauder says here for people to “””leave other people alone “””
Mannnn, let’s have a discussion on that. I respect I respectfully submit this to marauder:

I agree that people should generally leave other people alone. That’s actually a principle many conservatives have long embraced: individual liberty, personal responsibility, and limited government. I’ve said it ...[text shortened]... want liberals to leave us more alone than the reverse.

OK, everyone chime in, not all at once
So can I jot you down as "in favor of legalizing all drugs"...?

I wanna see if you start getting picky at the "inalienable rights buffet table"...
