I can't express how happy and content this turn of events makes me!

Roughly 50% of the American people still voted for one of the worst people you could demonstrably ever have as president and the other half didn’t have a choice but to vote for a 78 year old dinosaur who is nothing more than the lesser of two evils.

You have no reason to be happy and content. You should wonder how America is ever going to be normal again.

This time the scales tipped in favour of relative normalcy. Next time they may once again very well tip in favour of insanity.

If you think it’s normal that roughly 50% of the people still voted for Trump and meanwhile the best the DNC could do - even though they had plenty of good alternatives - is to present Joe Biden, then more power to you.

After the insanity that was George W. Bush it appeared America was ready to go back to normal by electing Obama. That proved to be a false flag. After Obama they managed to make the leader of 320M people a man who is essentially a clown and after four years he came close to being selected again.

If this trend continues, America may very well be heading towards Civil War.

There’s nothing normal with what’s been happening over there.

The symptom may have temporarily been voted out of office, the disease is still very much there.

But by all means, go celebrate that a few more people voted for “Meh” than for “Ohgoodlord!”. It means precisely nothing, but you do you.

Worries Me that Biden will undo all of the wonderful things that Trump has done.

One observation....Had not the virus been a Factor during the campaign, Trump would certainly have been reelected. Which means, and you are correct, that there would be a Civil War today, right now.

BTW note that no Civil War has been started today by the Republicans. Which group do you feel most attuned to???

I've said it this forum before, and I'll say it again.
We have to fix democracy first.
Then we can sort out the ideology in due time.
Trump was a threat to democracy in America.

Whatever wonderful things you think Trump did are completely overshadowed by the damage he has done to the institutions of democracy. Impugning the press, impugning the electoral process, accusing people of electoral fraud when he is the fraud (prematurely and falsely claiming a win while votes were still being counted), interfering with legitimate judicial processes and investigations, repeatedly lying to the public, refusing to accept legitimate congressional oversight of the executive -- the list of his malfeasances is very long and cumulatively very corrosive of freedom.

And what do you think he’ll do in the second minute of his presidency?

None started by the democrats either. Did you have a point to make?

I sincerely hope so.

Um kev?...

You do know the Democrats were trying to keep slavery and actually went to war with the Republicans in 1861?

His first screwup will be Iran. Lifting sanctions, such as that. He will play into their hands. You will recall that they, who chant Death to America, were gladly sent the $150B by Joe and Barack. Please remember that AJoe1 predicted that Biden will screw up the Iran situation, as does Marauder, the self-appointed predictor.

God, did y'all see that little skippy hoppity=hop that Biden did when coming out to the platform? Copying that one of Barack. Not unlike a girl. He has a different stroll for various occasions. Will he be hoppy when he enters the state of the Big Eight in Europe.? We will be so proud. Note that Trump only needs one walk.

The sanctions I mention were imposed by Trump. Yes, one of the great things that I refer to.

One thing's certain: Biden will not be selling arms to Iran.

Doh! 😁
