So he used the word "disinfectant" to talk about ultra-violent light. And that was crystal clear from the context. If I see it "from his own mouth" again, am I going to misunderstand this time even though I understood way back then?
You are a dishonest dumbass.

Just a few posts ago you denied Trump mentioned disinfectant. After being proven wrong you're now claiming he used disinfectant to talk about ultra-violet light?

How would that work? Use disinfectant to sanitize light?

Trump's exact words after bringing up disinfectant: "Is there a way can do something like that by injection, inside".

Only you retarded right-wingers can pretend he didn't say what he actually said on live TV.

Yes, but since they’re only in contact with other vaccinated people, that’s fine.

The unvaccinated are hiding in their bedrooms, incelling around and cooking up paranoid conspiracy theories.
That is the dumbest thing I ever heard. Do you think people announce they are vaccinated or unvaccinated when they chat at their friend's house or a restaurant?

You are just too stupid to bother with.

People had a choice. Get a vaccine or stay away from people.
That's not forcing. That's giving a sensible choice, using the information at hand at the time.
I suspect that we have not even begun to see the real effects of the draconian reaction to covid.
Tell me shav, why is it that after 3 1/2 yrs Sweden, you know that rebel country, Has a mortality rate of only 2.4 per 1000, dying WITH the virus. And I do mean ONLY 2.4.

Also please do tell, why are ALL other deaths reported as per 1000, yet covid is reported as per 1,000,000. Is it because the number is 1000 times bigger.

Also please do tell, why is it so, when I look up flu on the same site I get this:
copy/paste. "305,614Seasonal flu deaths this year" Yet covid deaths are reported as FROM THE BLOODY START. ie 3 1/2 yrs worth. So the number you see is x 3.5 x 1000, fear, fear, fear, thats it. unless you know another logical reason.

I NEVER personally saw the "end of the world" that was getting shoved down our throats. Yes I did know plenty that got sick, I never got it, some badly, I also know of a few that did NOT get the vaccine, got the virus and are still alive today. I was "forced" to take the vaccine if I wanted to see my family in NZ. You can pretend that I was not, but that is simply semantics, I was bloody well forced regardless of you uncaring attitude. And I call you as uncaring using the same logic as you would call me uncaring.

These and other things simply add up to, "You've been conned".

I have little doubt that there was a leak, most likely accidental, from the lab that happened to be close to a wet market, but the response was exactly the same as all other emergencies, contrived or otherwise, CONTROL.

The overreach was blatantly uncalled for and the damage from there stupidity will cause more deaths in the long run that the damn virus was going to cause.

In Australia our public health system went from bad to very bad with little hope of recovery, Emergency department wait times have extended from, what was already hrs to even more. But not to worry we are taking health care workers from poor countries, makes us look good yes. But even that is not going to be enough because we are now BROKE. you know, all that FREE money that these oh so caring governments gave away, putting us into debt that means we cannot even service our own health care system. I am sure you know even more stories than myself but I suspect that you would be in denial, I am not in denial about what happens when you have a pandemic, and I am knowing that we had a pandemic, people DIE, thats what happens.

And BTW shav, I do not think you are uncaring, simply the same as you probably think me, conned.

No, no, no and I don’t know.

I don’t know what you are on about with your Sweden comments. No clue, what-so-ever.

As for the rest of your post: no.

Take facts into account:
- virus spread from 1 Chinese provence to the whole world within 3 months. That is an amazing speed.
- virus was killing a lot if people in various categories, and a small percentage of survivors (we’re talking millions of people here) were showing signs of permanent damage (now called long covid).
- the initial reaction to all this, is basic viral prevention: social distance, wash hands, etc.
- the public demanded face masks. Not the WHO. They could go along with the masks though, because they don’t do harm and give a minimal protection (and every little thing, added up, helps).
- This wasn’t slowing the spread enough, health care systems were clogging up with patients… so obviously they had to do something: they went into lock-downs (of various degrees). As I stated at the time: you can’t let health care systems collapse, if they do, you get very fukked up situations, because society basically goes into a melt-down.

This is in no way an over-reaction. Everything they did was a balanced reaction to the situation. As can be seen by the similar reactions from most governments, experts and virologists.

That you don’t agree with the course of actions taken is neither here nor there. You don’t have to make the decisions taken.
Just imagine the carnage if every country had shrugged their shoulders and just let it rip.
Have you forgotten the stress on the health services, even with these measures? Just think what would have happened otherwise.

Car accident… you would be bleeding out. Cancer… you’d just die. Etc.

Governments have to take these sorts of scenarios into consideration.

As for the lab theory… yeah, it’s a theory.
However, most evidence points to it being an incorrect theory. Most over that they can trace the start of the pandemic to two locations at the wet market, but not to a lab or anywhere on route from the lab to the market.
So, the chances are that it wasn’t a lab leak, because the spread pattern would be different.

And this is the last I’m saying on this issue. It just keeps going around and around. Pointlessly.

There's a good reason for that shag doody, businesses destroyed remain destroyed, people continue to suffer the ill effects of the clotshot with people still dying (known as long clotshot), people who have lost jobs and in some cases lost their homes as a result of mandates remain jobless and homeless, the cost of the pointless ineffectual mandates continues to pile up.

And that is why you're saying no more.

Shag Doody claims science was the driver then says it was a bunch of kev bamboozles who don't know what science is that demanded the masks.

On this we agree, there was zero scientific justification for the stupid face nappies and the way most people used them caused more harm than the miniscule few droplets they stopped (versus the millions of litres of vapour they allowed through and around.)**

Just another contradiction from the Pseud Known as Shag Doody for Brains.

**...and in the case of kev bamboozle that bragged about wearing an out of date one way mask that filtered the inhale but blasted everyone around him through the non-return breath accelerator valve.

Yawn.

As per usual, your framing is so out of whack with reality, you may just as well be a fart in the wind.

Trump was talking about ultraviolent light. He was not talking about Chlorox.

I said that he was not talking about Lysol. At no time did I not know he used the word "disinfectant".

I think this conversation shows the problem. You work hard to misunderstand those you want to disparage. Then ridicule them for your own misunderstanding being projected on them. I can't blame you though. Your media sources model it all the time and you haven't been given permission by them to think differently.

Consider this obtuse question you've asked:

How would that work? Use disinfectant to sanitize light?

Are you not aware, even after I mentioned it here, that ultraviolent light is known to kill germs. It acts as a "disinfectant". The fact that you asked such a question shows clearly that you're using you're deliberately trying to misunderstand so that you can project absurd thinking on someone else.

Only you retarded right-wingers can pretend he didn't say what he actually said on live TV.

Once again, it's as if you don't even know how language works. I never denied he said what he said. It's just that I understood it because I wasn't deliberately trying to misunderstand.

If you think he was talking about liquid disinfectant, go back to the transcript and tell me the point where the transition from "light disinfectant" clearly switched to liquid disinfectant.

@techsouth
The bottom line is Trump has blood on his hands because he refused to deal with Covid for MONTHS and now we know why, he thought he would lose money because of Pfizer, which would drive HIS med stocks down.
Out of the million who died here in the US he is responsible for a third of those deaths which could have been prevented if he hadn't been so incompetent.
The real sad case is anti vaxxers are the ones dying, in southern states where they go WE HAVE FREEDOM. Sure, freedom to die, the statistics are clear, it is those southern states with the highest death rate RIGHT NOW, not states that endorsed vaxing.
Those states have the lowest death rate.
Nobody says vaxing CURES Covid, it keeps you from dying.

No one brought up "Lysol" or "Chlorox" or any other such thing except you. If you didn't mean to deny that he mentioned disinfectant you made that unclear by needlessly bringing up cleaning products.

Except you don't "inject" light. Only liquids can be injected. Have fun making up an excuse for that one.

I'm not going to keep going back and forth with you. Here:

https://www.politico.com/news/2021/04/23/trump-bleach-one-year-484399

Trump introduced Bill Bryan, head of science and technology at the Department of Homeland Security. “He’s going to be talking about how the virus reacts in sunlight,” the president said. “Wait ‘til you hear the numbers.”

As Bryan spoke, charts were displayed behind him about surface temperatures and virus half-lives. He preached, rather presciently, for people to “move activities outside” and then detailed ongoing studies involving disinfectants.

“We tested bleach,” he said at one point. “I can tell you that bleach will kill the virus in five minutes.”

That was just minutes before Trump spoke and is where he apparently got his stupid idea about injecting disinfectant like bleach:

"And then I see the disinfectant, where it knocks it out in a minute."---Trump

You found a left leaning publication that agrees with you.

Checkmate. I lost this round.

My mistake was reading for myself and thinking I understood what was being said in my native language based on context.

Here is an extension of your quote: And then I see the disinfectant, where it knocks it out in one minute. And is there a way we can do something like that, by injection inside or almost a cleaning, because you see it gets in the lungs and it does a tremendous number on the lungs, so it’d be interesting to check that, so that you’re going to have to use medical doctors with, but it sounds interesting to me. So, we’ll see, but the whole concept of the light, the way it kills it in one minute. That’s pretty powerful.

It's interesting how your quote stops mid-sentence. That's probably just to save space. I'd probably not have been so confused if I stopped reading mid-sentence like I was supposed to.
