According to this Breitbart article, he is charged with false statement. The false statement was "I stand by the testimony".

Sorry, he was treated like any other criminal who committed the crimes he was charged with. DOJ did their jobs. Their job is to prosecute criminals. That's it. If you want to see actual "weaponization of the DOJ", you need to pay a little closer attention to what is happening right now.
