No worries, sometimes what a person says and what they intend to convey are two different things.

(Looking for source to substanciate this claim.) 😉

There's nothing on this end to deal with...you are now known as "Mohammadan the Muppet"...or "Salidin the Sardine"; do you like it? Do you have one of those T-shirts that say "2030, then it's our turn"? How many Christian girls have you raped for being "infidels"? Do you plan on having six children that the European tax-payer will have to support? Are you counting the days when Sharia law will be inacted? May the fleas of a thousand camels infest your crotch while you wait, Salidin the sardine!

The US isn't occupying a country as, per se, Germany did; there's your difference. As soon as an independent Iraq is stable, we will pull out.
So the US presidency has no influence on the decision making process in either Iraq or Afganistan? You seriously think that your troops can maintain a military presence, commit atrocities, murder etc and anyone in those countries is going to believe for a second that the US is not occupying their country??

Uh, yes, I do, Scotty boy....you seem so hung up on American atrocities...why? How come you never mention the atrocities of the Islamofascists?...could it be that you are a closet Mohammaden?

You know this country is sinking for sure, when you're talking with your sister's kids about movies and their first question when you recommend one is: "How much did it cost to make?" They honestly, full-heartedly believe that the pricetag is in direct relation to quality.
Hasn't Sweden always been a fairly grim, humourless and decidedly art-unfriendly place with the few decades of socialism an anomalous detour from its Protestant work ethic? (I can hear Strindberg moaning in agreement with me from the other side of the gulf of time).

Humourless I'm inclined to agree with. But as for art:

Ingmar Bergman, Max Von Sydow (before he became a hollywood actor), Lena Ollin, Anders Zorn, Lasse Hallström and a whole host of artists, painters, writers that only work in swedish.

See? There's humour in that list. 😛

Of course Sweden produces many worthy artists. That's not what I meant.

Strindberg worked in a period of high capitalism. Like Van Gogh. Have those times returned?

Socialism doesn't have a negative effect on humour and art. The UK has had a socialist government (in name at least) for nearly fifteen years and has a fairly good reputation for comedy and art.

This is hilarious for more than one reason. 😉

Name a few famous Russian comedians from the Stalin period ... and please ..... add a few from the Peoples Republic of China during the Cultural Revolution (besides Mao's wife and the other members of the Gang of Four of course).
