WE are all hoping for just ONE year in jail. 3 would be GREAT. Even 1000 hours of community service would be incredible, just the image of Trump forced to pick up road trash gives me shivers of joy. I can just picture the constant stream of anti Trump cars honking as each one drives by, driving home the point that Trump is after all is said and done NOT above the law like he and YOU thought he was.

His incompetence is obvious, like taking month after month doing zero about the Covid crisis, when he was told in JANUARY how dangerous covid is and will be but he ignored all of that, saying 'I didn't want to cause panic'.
That is NOT leadership, that is out and out cowardice AND incompetence.
NOBODY else would have pulled the BS he pulled month after month after month and it was FAUCI who got the job done with a vaccine, trump was a nothing in all this, actually much worse than nothing.
When a blue state would buy PPE like ventilators he had his henchmen literally steal those paid for ventilators right out of their hands and transferred to red states, That is treason pure and simple.

So, your first sentence is true, he is not a convicted felon. And because of the constitution, which you disregard at every turn, there is an avenue for appeal which will find him not a felon.

All well and good but till the appeal process is done and reversed right now Trump IS a convicted felon. The fact the evidence was overwhelming means nothing to you of course. But it is also clear if it had happened to be Hilary or Obama or ANY democrat you would CLEARLY consider the case closed, HANG THE SOB.
