Not really ... Hiroshima and Nagasaki was nuked and they backed down. Only Pakistan among the Arab nations have nuclear weapons and if they start then the Jews will certainly respond by finishing at least 20 cities all around them. But the chance of that happening is slim

Why the Jews are hated I can only guess. Its probably several things all put together
- they dont mix with people
- their religion and culture takes priority
- they are very good business people and usually wealthy
- they help their own and ignore others.

Because of all of that they often form powerful interest groups all over the world.
