well the real life experience studies i have done in my life would totally disagree with those findings. i'm talking about strictly sexual pleasure. not romance, love or whatever else.
I'm only saying what studies show. My own experiences would back up the studies although strangely when I was younger I was generally with older women and nowadays with younger ones. Maybe I have an optimum age 🙂
Originally posted by 7ate9In my experience I myself was far more eager for sex when younger, but I had no idea how to do it properly. Now that I know more, my stamina and lust seem to have dropped to just a few times a day. (Well, if it's a drop dead gorgious woman who can't seem to have enough, I might be able to pull off one of those "three in a row" I did when younger, but it's unfortunately unlikely.)
i think someone who is 16-21 is more highly sexually aroused than when they get older. i don't know why, it's just the way it is.
I suspect it's the same with women. Curious about it and way more willing (albeit still selective of whom it will be with) when they're starting to explore sex. But unable to relax enough and too inexperienced to fully enjoy it (and there's often feelings involved at that age). Over time, the curiosity drops, but the skills increase, making for much more fullfilling, if not as often, sex (for both partners).
I also think that we learn to separate sex from love better as we grow older. This is true for both men and women. When I was 15-16 it was specific girls that I wanted to be with. There was a lot of puppy love involved. Now, I can have sex with a woman whom I'm physically attracted to but not necessarily very fond of in other respects. In fact, sex with a woman I almost hate as a person can be great. But that's only possible when you've reached a certain maturity and can separate sex from love. If one of the involved partners can't, it will get messy.

i'm saying I'd much rather be in a relationship with one women who is friend and someone you trust than spending my days running around like an idiot trying to have sex on a continual basis.
one has far more chance of giving a better life, and it don't take a genius to work this out. a prostitute who is a friend of mine recently told me that men wh ...[text shortened]... time end up with nobody. i think she was encouraging me to continue in the direction i chose.
But what's this got to do with the cans of diet coke?

i don't know what Pooh sticks are?
Everyone participating chucks a stick off a bridge and the first person's stick to float under the bridge is the winner.
Remember though (and this is quite important) to take note which way the river is actually flowing.

Seriously, this thread is not about the whole life thing. Just the sex part.* More specifically it has turned into a discussion about how we relate to sex at different stages in life. Be that with one partner from age 16 up or with a multitude of partners.
Perhaps you were a miracle boy who could satisfy girls your own age when only 16, but I assure you, most people only begin at that age then hone their skills over the years. You're either an extremely talented lover now, or you're very easily fooled.
* Well, now it involves Winnie the Pooh. Which, if anyone asks me, is far sicker than anything said in here so far. 😕
