It's ridiculous to say that the policy of allowing guests to post in the Forums is "a slap in the face to subscribers"; the policy existed when you subscribed so you accepted it. The site admins have made the rational decision that allowing guests to post increases the likelihood that they will ultimately subcribe; that seems like a reasonable business decision to me. They have given those offended by posts the option of alerting the posts and having them removed if enough people agree and they have suspended forum privileges for abusers of the forums. I think they've bent over backwards for the easily offended and for these people to insist they somehow "deserve" more is a "slap in the face" to the site admins.

Well then, No.1, I guess Russ should be able to provide us with some concrete stats on what percentage of guests actually subscribe because they can post in the forums before subscribing.

No, he won't be able nor is he required to show you such "concrete stats" as why guests "actually subscribe" is incapable of such simple analysis. I know I posted in the forums before I subscribed and I bet most people who regularly post as subscribers did too.

Get yourself a nick like Dr Poopy, Zips, perhaps BNMills or no2Underminer.

Then you can randomly enter threads and say cool stuff like "Zips don't eat 'em zees", or "Why is road-rage bad ?" ect.

Has anyone realised that Brother Edwin is an anagram of 'Born withered'?
That explains a lot to me. The guy obviously has a small todger and is craving attention by starting nasty and 'controversial' threads.
