@AverageJoe1 saidNothing caught you off-guard. When did this gay rights issue first appear ?
So if neither of us can see into the future, or could have, what are you writing about.? It could be that you think it would have been nice if someone should have seen all this coming. That is one thing I agree on, so we could have gotten ready for it.
Definitely called us offguard.
@wildgrass saidI read it ..
Read the OP.
.. Your beautiful 17-yr old daughter is off to University of North Carolina in the Fall, and lo and behold, is assigned a dorm room with an 18 year old boy . She walks in the door and sees this guy in her room. She'd gotten his name, Brook, but was not given his gender...
What is false?

@wildgrass saidIs it an unlikely situation given the current LGBTQ++ situation? Seems likely to me, in your environment. We dont have it here but I can foresee that if continued unchecked it is going to be here soon.

@Rajk999 saidYes very unlikely. The rules were changed several years ago and 30 million kids went to school without this happening once. The article that Joe posted is simply click bait for gullible conservatives.

Surely there are real things happening to complain about without having to make stuff up. Right?

What does everyone think about this? Your beautiful 17-yr old daughter is off to University of North Carolina in the Fall, and lo and behold, is assigned a dorm room with an 18 year old boy . Anything to stoke the fear.
This is why I say you Trumpublicans are the party of fear.
Coed dorms have been around a long, long time.
Usually males and females are assigned separate floors, but having them in the same building is now common.
Not seeing what the big deal is.

Your two leaders are the product of a failed society. First you abandoned the wisdom of God and the bible. Next you accepted the ways of sin and evil and called that good and righteous. Worst of all you persecuted the religious and ridiculed their lifestyle and advice. After that your gods became money, big companies, the rich and famous and celebrities, all of which are ...[text shortened]... e it and suck it up now. Maybe the next generation might accept God and there can be a turn around.
@wildgrass saidSo, a biological male can enter a woman's washroom / changing room, and also participate as a woman in certain sports, if he is trans, or if he identifies as a woman. Basically society is being forced to look at those men as if they are women. As far as I, and many other societies as well, are concerned, those are men.

Why is the opening post with a scenario of a man rooming with a woman so far-fetched.
@Rajk999 saidIt's not far fetched but it is fake.
