A "fad" and an "aberration" are not the same thing at all. Your analogy doesn't work.
Thats some good herp derp there.

I didn't say anything close to that. If you somehow got that from what I said then think the problem is on your end. I never claimed to know what other conservatives thought. I gave my opinion. I explained what the generl perception of liberals is . The rest is just pulled out of who knows where by you.
So, while you yourself don't believe there are "liberal intellectuals", you are quite comfortable with "conservative intellectuals" conceding that there are such intellectuals as "liberal" ones?

So you believe that "fads" and "aberrations" are the same thing? It's a peculiar claim for you to be making.

Well you simply have to talk about more than two or three years if you seek to claim there has been an aberration.
I don't have to talk about anything. I proved my point. Other elections= different point.

You said about 10 things wrong in two sentences. I figure the post is so moronic it doesn't need a response.

How can you possibly talk about an "aberration" at an election if you don't take into account what happened at "other elections"?

Yes I am comfortable with other people believing differently than me. I understand thats a new concept to a liberal.

You used a "fad" as an analogy for an "aberration". Do you believe that "fads" and "aberrations" are the same thing?

If you are, as you claim, comfortable with other people believing differently from you, why is it that you seem so uncomfortable coming to terms with the fact there are "liberal intellectuals"?

The aberration is deviating from a trend that occured entirely in 2008. If its deviating from a different year then its an entirely new conversation.

So you think an aberration exists in isolation - a single year, say - and can be analyzed as such without looking at what it aberrates from? Are you sure about this because it's kind of new to me?

No that acually sounds closer to what you're saying. I'm saying an aberration can only have meanig if you know what it deviates from. You're saying "screw it use any year."
