@PuzZuLz saidErr. This isn't really a both sides issue. Dems don't do this, as far as I am aware. You could say the impeachment trials were a waste of time, but at least there they were discussing real things for the most part. That was a waste of time only because they knew there were 51 senators willing to ignore political corruption and acts of insurrection.

I agree with you that the American government, regardless of who is in power, wastes time and money.
They always have and probably always will.
I'm positive you wouldn't have said anything if the dems were the ones wasting time and money this time.
As a reminder, all those people who beat up all those cops in the Capitol building on January 6th laden in Trump gear and chanting "hang Mike Pence" were later released from prison and pardoned for all their crimes by the President. It wasn't a "waste of time and money" to arrest and prosecute them until after the violent criminals were pardoned.

The current president recently granted full pardons to two of the largest drug dealers of all time. Did that story come across your news feed?
