You want to rewrite history to make that event a peaceful political discourse but the truth is your god king wanted to literally overthrow the peaceful transfer of power and no amount of your mewling can negate that fact.
But it will likely come to naught because of the SCOTUS vote saying they will take on the immunity issue so Trump wins that battle even though he knows in advance he will lose the SCOTUS appeal, the whole point is to delay the trial till after the election where he hopes he is again POTUS when at that point all the fed charges magically go away showing that your god king is in fact above the law so stick your victory up his orange ass.
