@Suzianne saidThey did on us. We are under attack. I will have a nice Chianti now and you come back at me, a tough one, I know. Is the wall to keep us out? Oops, didn’t mean to get ahead of you.
Despite your frayed mind, they are not "enemy combatants".
When did we declare war on Venezuela?
So bring it. Trumps ballroom won’t be a good start. Try drug smuggling. Or growing. Or illegal… oops, keep getting ahead of you.

@AverageJoe1 saidWhenever the US does "law enforcement" on people, or try to exercise our authority on them, they have due process.
So,,,,,what is the example
Keep iin mind you doofuses think that all world citizens have due process under our constitution 😆
It comes with the rest of it.
@AverageJoe1 saidIncorrect.

Who, exactly, do you think has the authority, per the Constitution (remember the Constitution?), to declare war?
Who, exactly, have they declared war on recently?
@Suzianne saidPick one. MN Muslims maybe, but let’s do cartels and drug lords as we are in that at the moment.
Who, exactly, are we at war with?
Lotta wars, don’t you see. Some of your friends want the stuff of others, one might say we are at war with them. We are at war with illegal murderers,,, but here I go again!!!
@AverageJoe1 saidDidn't Trump promise to the American people to get us out of foreign wars and to not start any more?

Go ask MTG about what he said about that.

@AverageJoe1 saidWHAT WAR?
Actually, to be correctthe words murder and execution are never used in times of war. Therefore, both words are incorrectly used.
Why won't you answer?
@Suzianne saidFollow me here. They have no due process rights. Try to keep it simple in your thoughts. Marsuder might say they have natural rights, and he may be right about that. I don’t know much about natural rights. I think I am too busy to study stuff like that. But let us say natural rights would be the right to be treated humanely, and be sent comfortably on their way the hell out of here. That is not the same as due process. So they have the right to be treated humanely, they have no rights to due process.
Why, exactly, do you think they have no rights?
@Suzianne saidThey are 2000 miles away. You are wrong. Rest easy.

Did you not see my post earlier that only US citizens have due process rights, that people in Borneo do not have our process rights? now if Borneo Joe comes here and does what illegal aliens do here we will have to deal with him in the process. He is on our shores.
@Suzianne saidWe are not at war and he has stopped 8 of them. What is wrong with you. Oh, is it semantics with you? Like the way you like to correct people spelling? Is it the way Trump said it that does not quite square with the way you think it? how about this? Tell all of your little friends that Trump has never been involved in a war so he has kept his promise and tell them that average Joe says he won’t be because the rest of the world is scared of him. Sun says he has no respect in the rest of the world. I recall that they call him the president of Europe when he was over there at one of the meetings. ?
Didn't Trump promise to the American people to get us out of foreign wars and to not start any more?
Go ask MTG about what he said about that.
@AverageJoe1 saidYou better read the Constitution for the first time, little boy. It specifically refutes the idea that only US citizens have due process rights when the US government is trying to punish them.

Read this carefully:
"Amendment V
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation."
How many times does this have to be shown to you?
@no1marauder saidHow many times do I have to say the constitution was not written for folks not citizens of this country. Or we can assume foreigners that are in this country who committed a crime. Why don’t we leave it at that. I’m not gonna study it. But I will throw this back at you……

Is every human in the world, about 8 billion, entitled to due process under the constitution of the United States no matter where they are. That’s probably a yes or no answer.
