But this post is untenable in itself. You have written a post about whether the United States can kill anybody on the high seas. This issue is being disgusting universally and has not been resolved yet. So you and I cannot decide whether the United States can unequivocally kill people in boats on high seas.
But you see this issue is about due process, which you say a ...[text shortened]... hiding as you see me win this point. I know you hate the word win, but this is a good example of it.
You haven't proven any such thing and the 5th Amendment says differently.

What illegal drugs? If they really had drugs Trump would capture boats to prove they have drugs. He doesn't because he knows they don't nave drugs.
He wants to invade to steal their oil and you know it.
Wrong about the drugs.

My friend lost his grandson 3 years ago due to fentanyl laced drugs, so you can go screw yourself.

Probably right about the oil, two different subjects.

I am against war in Venezuela.

two different subject's asshat.

Prove it.

Remember, you are the one with the extraordinary claims.
No I am not.

Wow.

You are brilliant!!!

Care to make a comment that makes sense or defends some kind of position you may hold?

No, your interpretation, such as it is, says differently.

You must have missed my missive that the perpetrators (in this case) must be 'within' our country.

These are not fishing boats.
There was one fishing boat. And these are war crimes.

less than 5% of drugs come from Venezuela. Most of it comes from Mexico.
Your problem is with Mexico and China.

Where's the proof?

It should be easy enough to board one of these boats and confiscate the supposed drugs for the world to see. Americans want transparency, not a song and dance trying to justify murder. Show us the proof.

Care to show us these drugs coming from Venezuela?

You're the one trying to justify murder.

No one listens to most of what you say.

I'm sorry for that, but y'all need proof of concept before you start murdering Venezuelans.

What if Mexico decided to start killing Americans riding their boats down to Mazatlan or Cabo San Lucas? What if Mexico claimed those Americans were transporting drugs and blew them up with missiles, leaving no evidence?

Would it be an act of war?

These acts committed by the DoD are illegal. End of.

Show us your damned proof. Problem is, you have none, by design.

Yes. In that case, we should be held to the same standard as we are trying to hold them to now.

Don’t know if they are acts of war or illegal, there is a lot of Chat on that. All the way up to the president.

Also, by proof, I guess you mean, did we know for a fact what was in the boat. I don’t think they knew what was in the boat when they bombed the boat. So I am against their having bombed the boats. I thought we had already written about this.
