I thought he handled the drunk questions fine. Passing out and going to sleep are very different things. Do you not agree?

The fact that he's even talking about it in a Senate hearing is the damage.

The semantics is simply semantics.

He could theoretically be completely exonerated from the allegations of sexual impropriety and still be toast.

Think about the optics.
Someone being vetted for the SCOTUS trying to convince a Senate hearing that he fell asleep instead of passing out after drinking too much !!

Feel free to explain the difference between the two.
