Imagine some super military power with all their military resources, helicopters, fighter planes, advanced technology reconnaissance, guns and rocket launchers trying to take over the US goobermint.
They couldn't do it, all the pollies would retreat to some bunker and just carry on as normal while the invading force were mopped up in two days. at most.
If an attack like that has no hope what do 80 or so unarmed stragglers think they're going to do, with no plan at all.
