@wildgrass saidStay with me here. I PAID for the shares of stock, which stocks benefit me. I paid for them.
All fine and good. If you own shares of AMZN then you are a welfare recipient.
A welfare receipient has no skin in the game. No risk. Certainly yo have heard me rail on about risk.
That is simply it. You are wrong.

@wajoma saidIf this nonsense is true, deaths after the vaccine was introduced would have gone up.
Fact: The clotshot did not stop you getting or giving the wuflu. It did not prevent you from getting sick from the wuflu. It did not prevent you from dying from the wuflu. You did however run the risk of serious harm or death from the clotshot.
"I've wasting three years dealing with this BS" same as the guy working on the perpetual motion engine.
They actually went down. The vaccine was instrumental in saving lives and mitigating deaths from Covid. Does this idea make you sad? Were you so looking forward to more people dying that you convinced yourself your 'dream feelings' are true?
@averagejoe1 saidNo no no. You argue risk prevents you from receiving welfare? That's absurd. Amazon receives more than $6 billion in welfare every single year, and that number increases every single year.

The value of AMZN would be much lower without this cash. The difference in value between what the company actually earns and the billions in welfare payments is your welfare check. Since I pay taxes, you should be thanking me instead of making up BS excuses for why Amazon should receive the equivalent of millions of welfare checks. I hope you put it to good use.

@wildgrass saidBut you see, I knew about the financial status and structure of the finances of Amazon. That, part of their capital together with P/E and government loopholes and what you call 'welfare' made them quite strong, a no-brainer for buying all I could, years ago.

So, here you write as though the earnings I get from them is like a windfall, when in fact it (my decisions to buy with both hands) is like I am getting free money (welfare) in addition to expected gains. No, I already knew I would get benefits by their receiving government benefits which would flow to me.
For all I know, it is just Horrible for libs to see these types of tax shelters, bail outs, federal deposit insurance.......but they are there, start a thread on it.....Ask Why, indeed, they should receive government money. I have no idea, but I bought (risked) into it.
Meanwhile, when I research NVIDIA I will see what health they are in, and will definitely understand their govt foundations.
Its Business!!!

Not tax shelters though. That's a lie from the aforementioned WSJ editors. Amazon gets cash from Uncle Sam. It's not just a lib thing, that's just the only side of the story you ever hear about.
