Ok, let's look at the first one.

"Selfishness does not mean only to do things for one's self. One may do things, affecting others, for his own pleasure and benefit. This is not immoral, but the highest of morality."

Because this also addresses your comment about raising kids. Your view of raising kids is that it is sacrifice where as most parents will comment it's one o ...[text shortened]... to copy paste critics of Rand like ATY does. FFS don't try to think for yourself, it's embarrassing.
If you have to claim that Rand didn't mean what she said, she really meant the opposite of what she said... it's not really a good argument for Rand at all.

You can wiggle all you want.
Selfishness leads to greed.
For what is greed, other than taking more than you need at the expense of others. And all manner of property is to a certain extent that.

You'd best stick to the koala fukking.
Well that didn't last long, we're just half a step from the single ijit emoji again.

Edit:

- Selfishness is acting in ones own best interests.
- Greed is not in ones own best self interest.
- Selfishness does not equal greed.

Here's a nice Rand quote that says it better than I can:

“Achievement of your happiness is the only moral purpose of your life, and that happiness, not pain or mindless self-indulgence (i.e. greed)* is the proof of your moral integrity, since it is the proof and the result of your loyalty to the achievement of your values.”

*brackets mine.

Your 'values' might be your family, (they probably are) your values might be a local volunteer group, (they probably are or you won't last long if all it is , is sacrifice) your values might be your friends (they probably are or they wouldn't be your friends) your values might be your wife or husband (they probably are or they wouldn't be your wife or husband)

There are plenty of reasons to not like her fiction but on this stuff she's rock solid, concise, unambiguous, crystal.

Can you expand on that suzi bamboozle, what exactly are you refering to?

I am of course claiming that Rand said precisely what she meant. So you've got a hate on Rand, but imprecise language is absolutely not something you can accuse her of.

You however, I can't recall you saying anything of substance since your long winded self indulgent good bye of a year ago, here's your chance.

What in the fark are you talking about?

Hahaha typical Rand, Nazi gobbledegook.
Greed is good 😂

Duh my point is that if I vote for Trump on the first day mail-ins or early voting begins, my vote will mean nothing if he ends up with a 600-yr prison sentence.
Can you libs not ONCE just see an innocent simple scenario presented by a fellow poster without being combative???
Say, yeah Joe, that would be interesting, I wonder how they would handle that? A commen ...[text shortened]... t it would go his VP choice may be one answer. What in the hell would you say to that? Tough one.
yes, if you vote for a criminal and that criminal is sent to jail, you wasted your vote because you're a dumbass. Where the fuk is the problem? You want the investigations be stopped because the accused is running for office and is popular enough?

Of all the bloody reasons to be mad that your vote doesn't matter you found the dumbest one. "My guy can't be president because he is in jail". Have you lost your last marble?

One wonders why he begins with greed, instead of objectivism and rational human beings.

Probably because greed is indeed a consequence, and easier to deny, than the other points of my post about Rand’s quasi-philosophical babbling.

This has been explained to you morons incessantly.

You never seem to have a problem with tax cuts that mostly favor the rich even though they forego far more revenue than Biden's partial student loan foregiveness plan. So it's simple hypocrisy and/or ignorance to argue that point in opposition to what operates exactly like a targeted tax cut.

The average beneficiary ...[text shortened]... e eligible to vote next year. Do you think it will slip their minds that Republicans f'ed them over?
“43 million of them will be eligible to vote next year.”

Because it’s utter claptrap, that’s why.

The rational human being?
My God, just look at this forum for your proof.
Objectivism? How heroic are most people in real life, do you think?

And there have been many studies which prove that the essence of human behaviour is two-fold:
- to proceate
- to protect children (even those not your own)

And these go above own ...[text shortened]... st hypocrite of all, is to add the proverbial cherry to the cake of garbage which her philosophy is.
You say that philosophy outshines substance because it sounds cool? Did Henry Ford create and do zen and philosophy, meditate everyday, 'care not' about creating cars? Or did he make himself productive, an essence of human behavior as you call it?
So I will teach my son that philosophy bests capitalism, hands
down.
Ignore a starving family? Who, me? Wow, go wild Shav. You would be surprised at my 'giving back', the philanthropy of all people I know. Problem is, you and Marauder define philanthropy in an unusual fashion. Quit pulling at our coatails, we are busy.

Lt me see.....Should I tie in with the Marx philosophy or with Henry Ford? You are aware that Ford invented the assembly line, from whence came your computer. Successful (productive) people read philosophy in their spare time.
You better get out and start foraging for someone else's stuff. I wonder it that someone will be into philosophy, or creation, like Howard Roark?

there are many reasons the US is like a banana republic. I wouldn't have guessed "prosecuting someone and giving them a trial" constituted one.

Trump has a team of lawyers (whatever bottom of the barrel he could get because the rest jumped ship). A judge was appointed, a prosecuter will present evidence.

If found guilty he should go to jail. (or whatever plea deal they make)

What, from the things i listed, makes you think of a banana republic?

Greed is what follows from egoism.
Just like stupidity follows from reading Rand.
Ego is bad? Milque toast is better? You say things but do not elaborate.
Greed follows egoism?
