I started to hire a perfectly qualified person for a really great position, but he would’ve been interacting with some of my clients and I did not want to have to introduce him as Hore-hey.
Didn’t get the job at the office, which would have fast-tracked him, but he works for me from home, a nice salary, and I really like him. It is a shame.
