Childhood gender nonconformity correlates strongly with homosexuality later on, especially with boys.

That's fancy talk for "gay boys often act fruity from a young age".

Evolution is speculation of a theory, and unproven by actual observation and recording.
On the contrary all the empirical evidence seems to affirm some mode of biological evolution. There's the fossil record, genetic evidence, and much else besides. But I understand that you won't be swayed by such trivialities and will instead mistake a healthy scientific debate about the precise means by which evolution progresses as a wholesale invalidation of the model. The world is your cherry tree and you get to do the picking.

It may well be that evolution advances species, although it is hardly measurable. Dogs remain dogs, and other than being bred by humans for specific tasks, they aren't any more capable than they were a several centuries ago.

Human advancement may be attributed, not to evolution, but to communications and accumulation of knowledge from generation to generation.
And what precisely is a dog?

Uh, actually, the DNA mapping over the past decade has pretty much ended the discussion.

You cant tell the difference between different breeds of dogs? Do you deny that different breeds exist?

You are defining away what you don't want to know. You essentially said "other than what they are capable of, they are not capable of".

And no, dogs do not remain dogs. They used to be wolves.

I'm neither confirming, nor denying. I don't know. I'm sure scientists more interested than I am will continue to do the research.

Dogs are still "wolves".

They're still carnivores.

They're still mammals.

They're still vertebrates.

Etc.

What is now a species, may someday become a genus. What is now a genus used to be a species.

So is evolution responsible for the growth of female titled chess players over the past few decades?

My overview of science and scientific discovery is that a whole lot of what seems to be science is just pseudo intellectuals stroking each other, and the real "discoveries" come from mavericks who keep questioning the unknown.

Generally speaking, evolution of species such as these doesn't move that quickly.

Is it really a military/strategy game? I know the pieces make it look so, but I think it's more like a mathematical/spatial contest.
part of military strategy involves a mathematical/spatial contest. the other part involves destroying the opponent's pieces by trapping, sacrificing, feinting, frontal assaults, unit coordination and mobility while preventing them from doing the same to you.
