@Rajk999 saidIf you think trust is unachievable, then we're all just wasting our time. The US needs to back away and just let Iran do whatever it wants.
Two kinds of people trust Muslims :
- Muslims
- Fools
JPCOA was working. It had teeth, insofar as violations included instant snap back penalties to seize assets and apply crippling sanctions. Iran agreed to all of it and were following the agreement in the deal for several years. It isn't logical to assume they were secretly violating the deal since you have no evidence to support it.
@wildgrass saidI never said trust was acheivable neither do I care for it. Muslims are not to be trusted, and you seem to trust that they were keeping their end of the deal in the JCPOA. The IAEA inspectors, the ICJ, the UN, the UNRWA, are all Jew-haters. You can believe them if you like, and certainly Israel does not. Israel has been controlling Iran's nuclear programme. They have bombed facilities and have assassinated nuclear physists and killed many top men in the nuke programme. So the US can back down if they like.

In the JCPOA period somewhere from 2015 to 2024, terrorist activity by Irans proxies was very high. Hezbollah, Hamas, Houthis were all very busy killing innocent people. From 2025 terrorist activity declined sharply.
So obviously the JCPOA which you think had Iran under control, was a failure. Google it yourself.

@Rajk999 saidThe terms of JPCOA were about verification and oversight to prevent enrichment, not trust.

2024, are you high?
The US withdrew from JPCOA in 2018. There's zero evidence that deal was violated at any point between when it was signed until Trump ripped it up. Even the Trump administration verified this at two separate times in 2017.
France and Germany warned Trump that breaking the deal would lead to war. He did it anyway, and now here we are. Indeed, it seems that the USA was the untrustworthy partner in negotiations here, which took 2 years to achieve.
@PuzZuLz saidPower.
@wildgrass
So why were they enriching uranium?
They won. Trump enabled them to hijack the global economy.
@wildgrass saidMountains out of molehills.
Power.

Wildgrass said the global economy was hijacked lulz 🤣

We might as well just speak the hard truth: An ill-considered war of choice looks likely to leave America — as well as the global economy — in a worse position than it was when it began. I’m tired of withholding my judgment. That’s one reason both Trump and the Iranians prefer extended negotiations; so they can delay the verdict, and claim “the jury is still out.” It’s an incredibly bitter pill to swallow, and I won’t force it down anyone else’s throat. But however long this circus of talks and “terms” continues, the inescapable fact is that America is negotiating the particulars of our resignation in a war Donald Trump started without a plan to finish it.

Somebody wrote an article, so what?
The only cost was gas went up a little. Big deal. 🙄
You mad he keeps taking out dictators?
@wildgrass saidAny war with Iran is a good and just war. In the last few years the terrrorist activities of Hamas, Hezbollah and Houthis are down.

@Rajk999 saidYou mean the same groups of people as the US… uhuh.
Under Obama the following groups of people who clearly you brainless Aussies support ...
- terrorists,
- drug dealers sending fentanyl to the US
- Muslims who raped and murdered Christians in Nigeria and Congo,
- dictators in Venezuela and in Iran, who abused and killed their people
- Islamic regimes who were stockpiling weapons grade plutonium
- Iranian te ...[text shortened]... they are on the run and are endangered, and you are complaining. Get your head out of Obamas butt.
