Because Trump told them they could.

He pulled out of the deal they were complying with.

He gave them a bright green light to go ahead.

$5.03 a gallon under the Democrats.
Sue asked me to answer for her, that she knows full well that gas was less expensive under Trump than under Biden. Some things just need answering by other people. It’s OK. This is the FORUM!!!!

@AverageJoe1

poor poor sue 😔

Let us pray for her. 🙏

A racist who hates white people is calling someone a fascist, that is why everyone considers the left a complete joke.
The dude calls for the externination of Moslims.

You don’t consider that a fascist attitude?

@shavixmir

Being against a religion is not fascist.

You hating white people and wanting to rule over them or destroy them completely, is fascist.

OMG, you people are incorrigible!

You lie about people you don't like, but when someone you worship does it, it's a sign from God!

I said nothing about "wicked ways". Are you stupid?

I'm saying they still have a dictator. But it's also what the people want.

You can't possibly wrap your head around anything that differs from your hideous daydreams.

And we don't talk about Cat Fight Club.
OMG you deter from the OP

At this point if a ceasefire holds and the Israeli's leave Lebanon alone, the oil will flow. But Trump has to lift sanctions and pay back billions for the damage caused.

In the final analysis what has Trump's war achieved and is America better off because of it?
I wonder if Sonhouse agrees....does he think Trump has it all screwed up, or has Trump pretty much wrapped up a great success. The emir of the EU was just interviewed, by Trump himself,, and thanked Trump profusely. What did he thank him for, Shouse? For a future of not being anhilated by animals?

Sonhouse will now tell us about the success of Trump

religion, fascism, racism, communism, socialism, TDS, gimme it, billionaires, no-billionaires, surging markets, continue the raving, welders in USA become millionaires, not-so in faerie countries, the 'happy' countries, everyone in same place at end of the day, welder has to shift around at the end of the day

The MOU is a page and a half. It hasn't been released yet. Why is that. Nothing has been decided yet. Great success? Nobody knows yet. If it was so great why didn't sleepy don release it?

Don't put yourself down, It's a common mistake that people make.

People know that fascism is right wing but they always assume that means white people or the white western way of life.

Why? Because Hitler was white and fascist, so people assume that if they are against white people, like you are, you couldn't possibly be fascist, but you are.

You're also a racist but that is a given because you are a fascist.

Look at your precious left wing historical accounts around the world.
Russian commies were all white Russians.
Cubans are communist and all Cubans. (More mixed now but during its powerful days it was all Cubans)
North Korea is all North Koreans.

Your left wing ideal is very nationalist and "one race" politics.

So what race would your preferred leftist country be?

Their is an explanation that shows the extreme right and extreme left are actually the same.
Some scientist guy wrote about it.
@moonbus probably knows who it is since moony knows books.

Any war with Iran is a good and just war. In the last few years the terrrorist activities of Hamas, Hezbollah and Houthis are down.

If you have a pay a bit more for gas, then thats tough.

The world does not care.
Yeah that's not how it works. I know the politicians try, but we can't go to war forever and any war that presumes that will fail. The USA uses 350 million gallons of gas every day, so if the price goes up by a dollar and lasts for 3 months, well, you do the math on how much this is costing us in addition to the direct cost of the war efforts. The US EIA (which is an agency run by Trump) has predicted that the overall increase will be much higher and might remain there permanently.

All this in the context that none of the goals that the Trump administration had for going to war with Iran have been accomplished, at all. Iran seems very confident that it can turn this war into an opportunity to benefit financially and gain strategic influence on the global economy. It seems like Trump's willing to let them have those things.

It's ironic that you are supporting a war that only serves to benefit Iran long-term.

It's the causes that matter. Russia invaded Ukraine in February 2022, causing a massive disruption to oil flows. For this, the cause was Putin, not Democrats.

Also, there was a post-COVID surge in demand (do you remember basic supply/demand principles?) which contributed to a temporary spike in gas prices (it was back down to $3.50 a few months later). HIgh economic activity caused the higher prices.

Now? The spike is 100% caused by a dumb decision made by a mad king. He went to war in the Middle East, again, even though we've known for decades how dumb an idea that is and always will be.

@wildgrass

Nice try, wrong guy.

Ukraine imports oil.

What oil shipping lanes in Eastern Ukraine are you talking about? 🤣
The supply shortage after COVID was because idiotic Democrats screamed for lockdowns and COVID still made its rounds regardless of lockdowns.

Nah you're just misinformed. Trump locked us down. What Democrat policy are you referring to that caused a brief spike in oil prices in the summer of 2022 that just coincidentally overlapped with the start of a major war in eastern Europe and the end of COVID lockdown protocols?
