-Removed-We have some problems:
* There is no international treaty on what radionuclides can be released into international waters.
* There won't be.
On looking at the facts, it seems like the local regulations on radiation are kept. Problem here is that TEPCO has a long history of lying to the public.
* O and of course ALL nuclear plants are emitting radio nuclides...
* No nation in the worlds has now a plan on the storage of nuclear waste, that can be trusted.

Shhhhh We’ve all been doing it for years, but give me a shout if the USA and China get upset about pollution, I could do with a laugh today.

Trump Removes Pollution Controls on Streams and Wetlands
@vivify saidAs a Brit I know Sellafield on the Cumbrian coast has been contaminating the area since it began operating. I think there are reasons other than health and safety that explain why coastal areas are so popular with the builders and operators of these power stations and reprocessing plants .

@mott-the-hoople saidHahah yes we have, we definitely have seen pollution.
with green energy being the thing...just wait till its time to dispose of the materials required to make these solar panels, batteries ect. You havent seen pollution yet.
The difference is that with fossil fuels once the Co2 has exited the chimney or the exhaust pipe you lose any control of it, unlike the disposal of batteries, windmills and solar panels.
@kevcvs57 saidlike Japan having control of radioactive waste?

@mott-the-hoople saidThat’s controllable and if you keep up with events you’ll know that they’ve put the whole thing on hold.

@mott-the-hoople saidI may have misunderstood they have cancelled an online mascot that was promoting the process of cleaning and releasing the water. But if you bother to read the article it supports my claim that it is standard procedure around the world and it does not have anything like the environmental impact of your beloved fossil fuels.

@kevcvs57 saidremember when you claimed japan had suspended releasing this in the ocean? just another of your lies

@mott-the-hoople saidI’m not and never have been a Republican so your statement doesn’t make any sense.
nah...you didnt misunderstand, you outright lied.
The lie or mistake that you’ve never retracted is that renewables are as, or more polluting than fossil fuels. I guess it takes a man to hold his hand up so I won’t hold my breath.
