What do you suppose was his intentions when he armed himself before going to a track meet?
Hard to say, but he never displayed it until he was physically attacked.

You write like you hope it does not. Always the contrarian let’s quit this one thank you.

Try this one.

Between 1540 and 1866, Portuguese and Brazilian slave traders forcibly transported approximately 4.8 to 5.5 million Africans to Brazil.

400,000 brought to America. Why are all the discussions about the slaves here and not a mention about the millions in Brazil. It is because y’all don’t care about them. You just don’t care.
That’s because they speak Portuguese in Brazil and this is an English language forum.

Please give a link to a reputable source saying any of the things you claimed that I just debunked by using an article from the local NBC affiliate in Dallas-Fort Worth.

You can't.
The only sources you think are reputable are the ones you’re getting your bs lies from. Try a few sources that don’t feed you, that look reputable to you it won’t take long.

This is just part of your activist game so you can put down and try to discredit me without even looking.

You're pathetic. You really have no idea how to conduct yourself on a Debates Forum.

Keep lying and I'll keep using sources like the Dallas-Fort Worth local TV station.

Ok deal, we will get back together when all the facts are out.

YOU are the one that brought race into this.

Reverse the situation and the rioters would have done severe damage to the city
Actually, YOU were the one that brought race into this, and it has nothing to do with the difference between 'race' and 'racism'.

You don't make any sense.

If you can't see that Metcalf instigated this after all the facts that have been brought out, I don't know what else to say.

And for the Xth number of times I have said this, that doesn't mean Anthony's use of lethal force was legally justified. The jury said it wasn't; we'll see if that holds up on appeal.
Metcalf instigated? What was the very first spark, the very first thing that happened, the very first appearance of change in the atmosphere at the canopy which unfolded this whole thing.
Right. Carlmela appeared at that spot. Restricted area. So you can hardly say that Metcalf instigated anything. He may have reacted to that which had already occurred. Were I met calf, I would have looked up and said ….what in the hell?

Here is a brand new one with lots of similarities ..
The Samuel Davis case.
***********************
17-year-old Samuel Davis tried to buy tobacco, got denied because he was underage, then allegedly flew into a rage and stabbed the 25-year-old clerk multiple times.
The clerk died choking on his own blood at the scene. Security footage captured the entire attack. Guilt is not in question. This is exactly like the Karmelo Anthony case, zero impulse control, instant lethal violence over nothing.
Public executions for these little George Floyds. We cannot keep releasing these animals back into society only for them to destroy innocent lives again. When does this madness stop?

I imagine many people arm themselved whenever they go out.

Does the fact that he had a knife mean that he went out that day with the intent to kill someone? Of course not.

It seems he took shelter from the rain in a place he didn't really belong. When ordered to leave, instead of doing so (as he should have), he got into a fight and stabbed someone.

That's homicide, but I don't think it's murder. It's certainly not pre-meditated murder.

With all due respect pal, you are talking rubbish. So,
- a man goes to a friendly sports event, armed with a knife ... Red Flag
- he [alone, none of buddies came] shelters from the rain in the tent of another team ... RED FLAG
- he is asked to leave, and someone pushes him [no evidence of hitting] and he responds with "Touch me and find out" .. Direct Threat and RED F...ing FLAG
- he pulls the knife and the one stab enters the man's chest ... this is FIRST DEGREE MURDER.

His intent was to kill. If the intent was to warn then it is easy to stab a dozen other parts of the man. He aims for the chest .... Its murder.

He should be executed.

21 witnesses say he was never "physically attacked". NOBODY that was there said he was. You sure do like to lie.

Metcalf's own brother said he pushed Anthony with the intent to get him out of the tent.

Stop the BS.

But Metcalf had no authority to "order" him to do anything and certainly no authority to put his hands on Anthony. The testimony was unclear whether it was common practice for teams to mingle in such tents during delays with some witnesses saying it was and some saying it wasn't.

You stop the BS. A push justifies murder?
You dont even know when you talking nonsense.
Typical of lawyers.
