You stop the BS. A push justifies murder?
You dont even know when you talking nonsense.
Typical of lawyers.
Lawyers were the ones who decided to prosecute this case as a murder rather than the voluntary manslaughter it appears to have been.

Metcalf's own brother said he pushed Anthony with the intent to get him out of the tent.

Stop the BS.
No he didn't.
Even if he did, that doesn't justify stabbing him in the heart and murdering him.
Did Karmello have any bruises from this "attack"?
No. He wasn't hurt at all.

Well he did say it in sworn testimony at the trial, I gave the links on page 13 of this thread. And since if he hadn't have done that Austin Metcalf would still be alive today it's kinda hard to take seriously claims that Anthony's actions were "premeditated".

Plus we all know that if the shover was a much larger black male and the stabber a smaller white one you'd be making the opposite argument.

Premeditated?
He went into the tent of the opposing team specifically to start a confrontation, then after being told a dozen times to leave (once by a school staff member who left to get help removing him) he said "touch me and see what happens" PLANNING to instantly stab him.
You claim to be a lawyer, right?
You must be a really sh.i..tty one.

None of that is even remotely plausible.

There was a coach 20 feet away according to the testimony so your imaginary "school staff member" wouldn't have needed to go very far.

"Witnesses agreed that Anthony was relaxed and friendly when he first sat down" quote and link given on page 12 of the thread.

Still sounds like Rittenhouse to me

Three men attacked Rittenhouse, one tried to brain him with a skateboard, the others pulled guns on him. It was either kill or be killed.
Not the same at all.

Rittenhouse took a deadly weapon and travelled out of his way to go to where he could provoke people he didn’t like. He killed three people and walked away without a scratch.

Now it’s reminding me of Zimmerman too. Same sort of situation. A guy picks up a deadly weapon and goes to provoke people so he can kill them. The police specifically told Zimmerman not to pursue Martin but he did anyway.

I guess it’s only murder when the killer is Black and the person killed is white.

He was not “attacked by three people”.

He killed Rosenbaum who was unarmed. THEN Huber swung the skateboard at this gun wielding maniac killer, was killed, and THEN the third guy pulled a gun.

The third guy didn’t pull his gun until after Rittenhouse had already killed two people.

Black rioters were killing people, destroying businesses, stealing and looting. THey also threatened white neighbourhoods. They said BLM will come in a killl them and take their homes, as part of reparations owed to them.

Rittenhouse did what the police should have done .. ie kill those murderous BLM bastards.

Three men chased after Rittenhouse and they took a few bullets ... I support that.

Yes we all know you admire criminals who commit murder.

I admire people with the balls to go after useless criminal organisations like BLM, who organised riots which destroyed $$$ billions in property. Serves them right.

Does just repeating brainless propaganda you have been spoon fed give you a hardon or something?

BLM never condoned violence of any sort and its demonstrations were attended by 15-26 million Americans:

"1Black Lives Matter (BLM) protests erupted nationwide following the murder of George Floyd on May 25, 2020, and continued well into August. June 6 marked the movement’s peak. An estimated 15–26 million people participated in these sustained protests, making BLM the largest protest movement in American history."
