Regulations keep corporations in line. (At least that's their purpose.) We have cleaner air and water than we had in the 50s (hell, even the 70s) because of them. Regulations in the banking industry keep another Great Depression from happening. Regulations are necessary to counter greed.

Some regulations are a good thing, no question. But Obama’s adm went over the line. Trump freed everyone up. I am sorry, yes, many got rich. EVERYONE made more money..

Where's my limited government?
There is a major difference between what the US republican party says it stands for and what it is actually doing.

Mitch McConnell was completely clear on the issue when he blocked Obama’s choice for a judge and then, in exactly the same circumstances, pushed through trump’s choice. Even smiling at his own hypocrisy.

I would go as far as to say there is a difference between the grass-roots republican party and the republican politicians in central power.
And there is a clear difference between republicans who are pro trump and those who are not.

So the republican party sends out its mantras: small government, less influence, individual choice, etc.
But what you see happening is that on a whole spectrum of issues the same party is doing the exact opposite, yet claiming their mantras.

On one hand it’s like they don’t comprehend media and that what they say and do is recorded. And on the other hand it’s like they just don’t care that they are seen.

And judging by the support they get, the latter seems to be justified.

They aren't held accountable for not adhering to anything they stand for.

Trump's debt is an obvious example. We complained constantly about the spending of the O-bummer administration. But I don't think conservatives care that Trump added to the deficit at twice the rate of Obama.

But how lucky we are with the judges. You have seen in recent news the shortcomings of Garland, how horrible he would have been? And you see how the 3 judges of Trump are Constitutionalists? ( you will forgive my capitalizing Constitutionalists?)
You must admit that they are a better choice than was Garland,, or admit that you think judges should Not be constitutionalists.

The other stuff you mention, you are saying Repubs are not acting as they say they should. Shavimir, Our President, the effervescent and wise Joe Biden ran as a moderate. He is owned by, and acting at the direction of,, the far-left side of the Democrat Party.
The President lied. The rest of your post can be recognized as politics. Life, especially in politics, ain't perfect or fair. IF it were, Putin would be in his flower garden and we would all be happy like them fellers in Denmark.

Ummm. What? You're not denying that the former guy spent more than $8 trillion dollars your grandchildren will be forced to pay back? You're not denying that he reached that number in half the time Obama did? Thats what you call limited government.

I don't know about Biden. We will see. He at least seems interested in paying for things. You've made a bold prediction, but in general deficit spending is a Republican thing. Buy things you can't afford.

Your first para is apples and oranges comparison. Do you know that Pelosi actually said we can get rid of inflation if we print and spend more money. No, she didn't actually say print, but that is where it will come from.
The Trump economics was something else. Totally. I guess the next President, and the next and next, will borrow money. Maybe to pay for college for your 4 kids, and abortions along the way. But it will be for different reasons than the Far Left Biden Administration reasons.
Whew. Sometimes I think you dont know what is going on. Some, like Handy Andy and Jimm don't, but you should. It will help when you go up against the cerebral reasoning of Marauder.

Biden seems interested in paying for things? Maybe so, maybe not, we all like to get rid of debt. But......he prints money, Wildgrass. Would pay debt with printing-press money. Not much of a businessman.
