The intertwining of finances is a huge part of the process. I don't know how you would solve this problem.
- assets should be split equally in the case of no minors,
- when there are minors, the women gets custody in the vast majority of cases
- the women needs to get alimony
- the man takes full finaancial responsibility for the care of the minors.
I know several men whose lives were destroyed by a slutty woman, who was unfaithful, got full custody, got alimony, got child support. got the house. The man was destroyed... no money, no access to children, no llife. I know of men committing suicide or murder/suicide or worse, murders [including children]/suicide.
This can all be fixed with a fairer and more reasonable approach to splitting the assets and responsiblities after a divorce.
