Show me where I said Trump can 'appoint' members of congress? What he wants is to BYPASS congress using the emergency rule allowing him to make whatever cabinet post he wants WITHOUT senatorial approval, even though he knows full well the senate will confirm whatever POS assshole he wants to some post or other BECAUSE he wants to be the one TOTALLIY in charge.
