You can tell when someone is suffering from gross ignorance about world affairs. In all African countries they live is squalor, gross proverty, overpopulation and unemployment. In some of these countries about 75% of the adults have AIDS. Some are overrun by Islamic extremists, and starvation is rampant. Governments are corrupt and all they think about is which country to fight next. Diversity is for fools who have no clue about the world.

USAID was nothing but a cash-cow for the left and a way for Democrats in congress to line their pockets and support their party's advertisements.

If you need to live off aid you are a stupid unproductive person. Aid and grants are supposed to help you through a difficult time once in a while.

Aid was only blocked a few weeks ago ... you fool. After decades of aid Africa is still a $$hithole continent, and it will stay that way because people there are more concerned with killing each other. Estimates of the actual amount of aid reaching the needy is about 10%. The rest ends up in the bank accounts of politicians and their friends.

Every year African countries receive roughly $60 Billion US in aid for education, healthcare and other humanitairan projects. Yet these countries spend an equivalent amount in weapons to fight and kill each other. Figure out what that means.
