Trump on Norway: ‘Sh**thouse country’

Donald Trump on Sunday night said Norway “sucks,” as he fulminated about being repeatedly overlooked for the Nobel Peace Prize.

Despite starting a war with Iran and toppling the leader of Venezuela, Trump has vigorously touted his peacemaking credentials, claiming to have settled at least eight conflicts during his second term in office.

But he was passed over twice by the Oslo-based Nobel committee: in 2025 for María Corina Machado, the Venezuelan opposition figurehead; and in 2026 for South African jurist Navi Pillay, for her efforts to promote peace and international law.

“What about me? Do they do two of them? So I’m not in love with Norway. Frankly, Norway sucks. Norway has become a sh**house country, actually,” the U.S. president mused during a campaign rally speech in Port Huron, Michigan.

He doesn't realize you don't "settle conflicts" by bombing the sh-- out of them.

Nixon never understood this during the Vietnam War, either.

I think Trump can forget about the Peace Prize - there are plenty of other people more worthy than he is.

You can bomb the crap out of people and get the peace prize.
All you have to do is negotiate a cease fire afterwards to get a peace prize.
That is how Kissinger got it.

If Trump tries to intimidate and humiliate the Norwegians to award him the Nobel Peace Prize, then surely everyone understands how unworthy he is of having it.
