What they're saying, and it's very disappointing that this needs to be explained to you, is that even by your own link they're committing disproportionately more shootings. If they committed mass shootings at a similar rate to their race by % of pop then we'd expect to see them down at around 14% of mass shootings. By your link, the one you posted going back to 2006 and adding some other conditions the bleeps are committing disproportionately more shootings, a lot more.

First number is an incident number, then the date for April 2023, this combined with the State, County and Address will help you rebut me if you have any doubts about the race of the perp. The first number after the address is injured, the next number is killed. The last letter is the race of the shooter. A lot of this is drive by type action, you know shooting up parties, weddings and funerals.
