Where you see skin colour as the correlating factor I see poverty and deprivation, lack of life chances and the cyclical dysfunction that goes along with these factors.
Of course there is still some individual responsibility, but to ignore all the socioeconomic common denominators and just cite skin colour leads to a race based argument.
A correlation? I see a pattern that could be talked about, it's more in response to people like shag doody and cunk ughur of TYT who want it to be white folk. I posted the stats by race but you should go ahead and post the stats by poverty or whatever criteria to make your case. Might be a 5 min google.

Of course the bleeps should not be judged by the actions of a few, same as those responsible people that want to own a gun for whatever reason they like should not be judged by the actions of a few either.

Just hold on a second, Kev. You mention poverty, deprivation, when you are all for spending, so far, about $200M in Chciago on people who have invaded our country at the souhtern border. Aliens, Mexicans, immigrants, whatever you (don't) want to call them??
For every $1 spent on one of those illegals, a black child goes hungry. I once said that the Mexicans would ...[text shortened]... ople of color that you mention, but you, like Sue, will come back with a smarty pants comment. Yawn
Kev, do you think the $53M should be spent on Chicago citizens, or on Immigrants from another country? Ironic,,,,,instead of Getting $53M for their children and for their welfare, their tax money is being used to harbor thousands of illegal immigrants in their town.
I have yet to see a solid argument, by any liberal, on any position, on the Forum. Note that they ALL are about the Marx rule....To each according to their needs, from each according to their abililtes. So cute. But is it cute?
