Obama has been quoted as saying that:
"We cannot continue to rely on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we've set. We've got to have a civilian national security force that's just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded."
What would the purpose of this force be?

edit: I didn't mean that obama was a commie and a nazi at the same time, that would be impossible. the use of ''gestapo'' was a way to say obama was creating a police force which would possibly be used for oppression.
