@AverageJoe1 saidGood point.
Golly, what a point to make. Sue will be all over that. Like I tell Sunhouse and all of your comrades, this is a New World we are living in now cleaning up the sewer. Not many humans, but Trump could wade through all of this. What better man than Trump. What, no comment from you about the minerals in Ukraine? Tell me, would Kamala even have thoughts like this? You are on ...[text shortened]... taring aimlessly in a gaze out of the train window, like all of the citizens depicted in Dr. Zhivago
Give me the exact details of this "mineral deal" and how specifically it will help the average American.

@no1marauder saidIt comes out I think by Saturday, sorry, I don't know anything about it yet, just the headlines. You are the researcher!! I am just a lowly chatter on a debate site.

Here is a morsel for you.::
The leaked agreement says Ukraine and the US would establish a joint fund, and Ukraine would “contribute to the Fund 50 percent of all revenues earned from the future monetisation of all relevant Ukrainian Government-owned natural resource assets … defined as deposits of minerals, hydrocarbons, oil, natural gas, and other extractable materials.”
I think they are talking trillions. Wouldn't it be a gas if one of the things that "Trump is not tellling you!" would be that he will get enough from it to pay off our debt.
There is NO QUESTION that you screamin meamies would holler foul!!!
@AverageJoe1 saidThat's a lot of nothing considering it doesn't say how money will be placed in the joint fund or how it will be distributed if and when it is.

Like, minerals for the picking, with Z over a barrel. Go Donald. Do you REALLY think that Donald does not know what he is doing? Do you realize that you will soon have to say, well, that was pretty good on Trump's part? Can you just not see the 'self-assuredness' exuding from him? you been reading Shouse too much.
Didn't several of your ilk, after Jan 20, say that Trump is a laughing stock of the world leaders? Yeah, right. And The man is totally comfortable feeling any questions thrown at him. Witness cabinet meeting with throngs.
He does on occasion say, well, we will wait and see. YOu could call that avoiding a question, maybe, but, look at the question..there likely is NOT an answer yet.
Yes, we cons are enjoying this train ride, and I gotta tell you, I am quite sure I would have dropped off the Forum and everyone's 'ideas and comments' if kamalatoe had won.
Thanks for hanging in here. Could it be you are seeing a bit of light?? Uhhh, would there have been light with Kamala? Excepting 'free' stuff of course.

True, we laugh at gullible fools like yourself who thinks he's Godlike even harder.

Let me know when Trump, who usually is situate in the middle of G20 photos, wanders off to observe a caterpillar on a log.
They will not laugh..........because............they need America.
@AverageJoe1 saidFunny how you said 'I HATE increasing the national debt' and now that is is here, here comes 40 TRILLION in ND, NOW because it was Repubs doing it, no big deal, the new normal, hey maybe next year FIFTY Trillion, Ho Hum.
But regarding the national debt, it is a new Landscape now. Ever since January 20. So everything in the past is not really worth talking about, is it. Right now we need to look at what we have to deal with financially and work out a budget. Why in the hell do you always look back in the past with about every one of your posts. And really, to look back at what Biden did with the budget? What Biden did? Give me a break.
What a fuuking hypocrite.
@sonhouse saidI get you, but look at the big picture, maybe all the way back to Truman...., there is always increase. Why don't you be the numbers expert, we mando-pickers are all right-brain. But, I do believe Trump, who just saved pharmaceutical malaise, see other thread, will find ways to offset the $40T. He's good, SHouse. Note how he exudes confidence. I have a feeling that he knows some of these parasite countries will blink. What do you think he will do with the mineral windfall? Sue will tell you he will give it to billionaires and oligarchs. I say he will not. So, who you gonna bet on?......................sue?

Right now America's not in World war 2. COVID is over. If you look at spending, we are outpacing last year by 11% already. The Republicans just passed a bill to increase our deficit by $19 trillion.
Numbers that big didn't even exist when Truman was president.
@AverageJoe1 saidSo 1.5 TRILLION dollars a year JUST FOR INTEREST on the ND is just FINE with you?

@sonhouse saidThat is not fine with anyone. It has been going up at an unreasonable pace for about 30 years, I think we all want it to be reversed, no question. It was just $26T 5 years ago. so, it went up $10T during Biden. Somebody, please find out where the money went??

Hopefully, The tariff ideas will have a positive effect. Also, the mineral deal, maybe happening today, will be a plus, but I don't know anything about it. Do you study that, too?

@AverageJoe1 saidThirty years ago deficits were declining on their way to a balanced budget, you can thank bill clinton.

Ever since then, it has been going up but it has not been going up steadily. Republican presidents increase deficit spending, Democrat presidents reduce deficit spending. Maybe trump breaks this trend but that is unlikely. He is already spending billions more than Biden ever did and he wants to cut taxes?

@wildgrass saidBut all of that is necessary, I would love for you fellers to come up with better idea? And with all due respects, I don't think you sutdy all of this as do the economists upon whom we have got to rely. It is difficult for you guys to get your arms around forward thinking. Biden himself later admitted that his 'inflation reduction act' did not lower costs for Americans.

Wildgrass, you NEVER point that out when you discuss governmental economic decisions. Biden a failure, you see. You want Trump to sit on his hands? Should he look to his econ experts for decision making to make us all rich?? Or, do you want him to do what you and Marauder want to do?? Of course, you lean to socialism, and Marauder is beyond socialism. Can't do that, no discussion.
So here we sit. Trump is smart, man, get used to it. Do you ever sit back and hear him answer questions (about 1200 of them in a month, to Biden's 140 in the same time period)? He tells you what he is up to. Look into it, and you will say, at least he is working a plan, not going to bed.
Here is a link, Biden admits he screwed up. Why do I think that Trump will not.
