They have been proven. Is u ignert?
Read his lengthy rap sheet I posted a link to.
He's entitled to a full deportation hearing with evidence submitted under oath and the right to cross-examine witnesses and present his own evidence. Claims by police that wearing a Chicago Bulls cap are proof of gang membership should be examined by a judge even if MAGA morons like yourself are convinced by it.
@Mott-The-Hoople saidSupreme Court unanimously ruled that he wasn't properly removed.
A liberal judge ruled he would be in danger from the rival gangs in his home country and delayed his removal.
That is not the case now, his gang has been designated a terrorist organization and he will be imprisoned.
@Mott-The-Hoople saidThe Judge ruled he couldn't be deportated to El Salvador, the Trump administration could have sought deportation to a third country but didn't.

If a party wants an order vacated because of changed circumstances, they have to petition the court and get a hearing. They can't unilaterally declare "well things are different now" and ignore a still in force order. They've already conceded in open court Garcia should not have been removed.
@no1marauder saidtwo judges said he was a ms13 member...why do you defend this heinous wife beating murderer?

@no1marauder saidTrump nor SCOTUS can order a sovereign nation to do anything
He wasn't "deportated" , his removal was in violation of the law and the SCOTUS has ordered the administration to facilitate his return to the US.
Didn't they tell you any of this is.on Facebook?
@Mott-The-Hoople saidThe immigration judge surely had jurisdiction over the withholding of removal.
the judge didnt have jurisdiction to rule period.
@Mott-The-Hoople saidBS. We're paying for his captivity and Trump is violating the SCOTUS ruling by openly supporting his continued imprisonment in El Salvador and not even requesting his return.

@no1marauder saidHe was here illegally and got sent home. Case closed.

"The order properly requires the Government to “facilitate” Abrego Garcia’s release from custody in El Salvador and to ensure that his case is handled as it would have been had he not been improperly sent to El Salvador."

@Mott-The-Hoople saidWrong and wrong.
This illegal gang member did have due process, he was ordered deported by a judge previously.
Your media is lying to you
Not a gang member, and no, he definitely did not get due process.
Stop repeating lies that your Orange God is doing this entirely legally.
He is not, so he's breaking laws. That makes him worse than Kilmar Abrego Garcia, who has been wronged by this administration. Kilmar will eventually come home, and you can bet on that.
@Cliff-Mashburn saidHe was home. He's been here legally for ten years.
He was here illegally and got sent home. Case closed.
@no1marauder saidMarauder is about to tell us how it will be possible to give each one of the illegal aliens due process, the time and effort and expense of each one of them, in a courtroom in front of judges who could have better use of their time. We are standing by, marauder
