I encourage as many people as possible to create AI from open source for maximum competitiveness in the AI race. I want as rapid development of AI as possible in the world. The only way to ban AI is to ban open source AI. Good luck with that. You cannot put the crap back in the cow.
Nobody will put a kill switch on my open source AI unless I am in control of the kill switch. Start thinking about who has the power of the kill switch. People are not asking enough questions before supporting crap. An AI kill switch is a horrible idea.
