I watched the 3:30 video you posted.
As with most of these sanctimonious extremist political messages, it assumes the conclusion it sets out to prove, probably because these people are just preaching to their own choirs.
The video essentially amounted to:
- ICE is bad. Palantir helps ICE. Therefore Palantir is bad.
- Israel is bad. Palantir helps Israel. Therefore Pala ...[text shortened]... of their religion by citing the Bible. "How can you not believe in creationism? The Bible says so!"

You can be pro-Israel and still find that abhorrent, right?
That's on top of the CEO being the grandson of a pro-Nazi antisemite, according to the video. Combine that with the beliefs by the founder of Palantir, like democracy is "not compatible with freedom", and that's pretty concerning.
I wouldn't feel right investing in them.

@sh76 saidPalantir is a world-wide, international database. You'd have a better point if it was a contractor based within the UK, but Palantir is most certainly not.
Not really. Government agencies and subcontractors that run government programs are essentially the same as companies, although in many cases, possible they're non-profit. If you want to make a distinction, non-profit vs. for profit is the best was to distinguish.
A government giving a *foreign* contractor personal information of millions of citizens doesn't make sense.
@vivify saidAfter the 7th October 2023 massacre where Muslims raped, butchered, tortured thousands of Jews, Palestinians and Arab civilians in general all over the world, especially in Gaza, were dancing in the streets. Civilians support the massacre of Jews.

When the tables are turned ... please STFU.
@vivify saidWhen Hamas intentionally hides its weapons in civilian areas so that taking out weapons caches is guaranteed to have collateral damage to civilians, it takes a little of the starch out of the % of civilians argument.

When we burned Dresden to the ground in 1945, there were no military targets in the city. We did it because it was designed to end the war: to end it, to win it, and to SAVE lives in the long run.
I do think Israel had not been as careful at is should be in Gaza. I'll grant that. But that's not genocide. Genocide is when you target civilians in an attempt to kill out a race. Obviously, Israel is trying to take out Hamas, not kill random Gazans. If Israel really did want to wipe out the Gazans, it would do so. Instead, Gaza's population continued to climb (faster than Israel's population).
Using that term is disgusting hyperbole designed to instill hatred of Jews, which is exactly the effect its had world-wide. Go on X once in a while. The Jew-hatred is reaching staggering proportions, and it's mainly because of hysterical anti-Israel hyperbole.

Israel continues to commit genocide, atrocity crimes by deliberately targeting Palestinian children, UN independent commission finds
Multiple things are true here:
- Hamas does hide among civilians
- Israel does specifically target civilians
- Genocide *is* a hyperbole
- Israel *is* an apartheid state
- Hamas is a terrorist organization
- Israel commits human rights abuses against Palestinians in the West Bank
- Both Israel and Hamas committed war crimes.
You have valid points regarding Israel. However, when you said "ICE does bad things but...." such statements make it seem like you minimize human rights abuses as mere collateral damage where the ends justify the means. This casts a cloud over your defense of Israel.
Regardless, I posted another video that is much more nuanced and less sensational (the one explaining Palantir in simple terms). Maybe that vid is more your thing.
@vivify saidCitizen Vigilante... have a look at it. Its a free movie on multiple platforms, showing clearly the only way to deal with Islam and their murderous agenda of killing, raping and abusing people.

In a nutshell, you cannot effectively deal with Islamic terrorists by using standards in western countries. They will beat the system every time. They will rape and kill your innocent people, your women and girls, and then use the law to escape justice, only to do it all over again.... and again.
