Most of it's been admitted by the police department, and there are multiple ongoing lawsuits to iron out.

WHat? We were in agreement, here. You called the behavior of the police "fascist" on post 2 of this thread.

Sad you think that backing the blue is a problem. Sad indeed.
I've always liked that time worn phrase, about people like you, who constantly tear down the police,,,,,,,,,and then when trouble hits, their first phone call is to the police, to come and help them. They ask the police to help them.
Would you tell the police, after they help you, to get the Hel away from you.

What WOULD you say?
This is post 2.

I mean, it's pretty bad. There's not one quote that encapsulates the whole thing, but you should check out the links provided to the Tampa Bay Times. Interviews, webcam footage, people serving jail time for opening a screen door while the officer was on their porch just "checking in" on their son. There's hundreds of hours of body cam footage and hundreds of pages of testimony. e.g.
Rodgers and his team would show up at people’s homes just to make them uncomfortable, he said. They didn’t always log the contacts in the agency’s official records. He recalled parking five patrol cars outside one target’s home all night and visiting some as many as six times in a single day.

You mean pre-criminals crying?

Imagine a police officer sitting outside your house waiting for your grass to grow long enough to write you a citation. Then imagine that police officer was there only because your child received bad grades in school.

Your hard tax dollars at work. Catching 'criminals' I guess.
