Not the government:

"Sexual orientation, preference, gender, or gender identity should have no impact on the government’s treatment of individuals, such as in current marriage, child custody, adoption, immigration, or military service laws."

You're a "libertarian" who supports allowing civil liberties to be denied. Right.
EARL, you sure do cite a lot of right
wing sources for a LIBERTARIAN-----
Breitbart, FOX, WashingtonExaminer, et al.,
I've mentioned it before and Libeterians, certainly
are not TRUMP fans which you seem to be.

Pfft... sure, mate, sure. Unless a married gay couple moves in next to a libertarian. Then, it immediately changes into a screeching rage of "it's my fReAdUmB not to live to this pair of degenaraytes!!1Il!?!!"
Rand Paul calls himself a Libertarian too.

Believe it or not, Jimm, there is such a thing as conservative Libertarians.
You know for a fact that democrats and republicans elected to serve in the congress will have some members that do NOT go along
with the party on certain issues, right? OK, so I am entitled to disagree with the Libertarians occasionally and still be one.
NOTE: there is nothing that I espouse that veers from the Libertarian mantra of SMALLER GOVERNMENT.

Now, I know where I Stand, and I have no idea why all of you are so fascinated with my being a Libertarian, or NOT.
What the buck difference does it make, to any of you???

As far as Trump goes, I think that anyone ticking off dems can't be all bad. He sure tried to do right
by America on the southern border, now, didn't he? I'd take Trump over Biden in a New York City heart beat.

Have a nice day, Jimm

@Earl-of-Trumps---There 'ya go again EARL, don't hear you decrying
the recent Roe decision, as ANY LIBERTARIAN would do and as only Democrats are doing now......Dems always the bad guy in your
comments, whereas a true LIBERTARIAN, would be vehement.
Just one instance of your pseudo LIBERTARIAN proclamations.

tyranny is when the govt forces things on people…exactly what you are wanting

conservatives want to let the people decide…you know, the democratic way
Tyranny is when governments take away peoples autonomy and the right to choose their own path in life.
The right wing minority run SCOTUS is giving right wing governments the power to prevent people from taking fundamental decisions about themselves.
Are you pretending that states legislatures aren’t governments or stupid enough to not realise that.
YOU ARE THE TYRANNY.

In other news,

According to Vote.org senior communications director LToya Knighten, Missouri saw a 627 percent increase in registrations between that day and June 17, one week before the ruling was released.

Kansas saw an even bigger jump: The site recorded a 1,038 percent increase in voter registrations on the 24. That means more than 10 times the number of people in Kansas registered to vote through the site than did a week earlier.

It would bring me great joy if it turns out republicans shot themselves in the foot

Call it a clarification of your post where you said:

Earl: Libertarians have no problem with gays getting married, and they do allow for anybody to deny that marriage.

That "anybody" does not include governments at any level.

two things, crazy Jimm, as you try to "debunk" EoT:

1) I have firmly stated in here that I am for allowing for abortions. And Roe v Wade did not make abortion illegal.
2) I am sure there are individual libertarians that oppose abortion. It can never be a 100% plank.

Jimm, you know that there are democrats and women that are AGAINST abortion, right?
Yet here you sit picking on me because I am not opposed to the supreme court ruling enough.

how fukked up are you?

It doesn’t matter how that government is formed tyranny is tyranny.
So why did SCOTUS take away the state of New York’s right to ban conceal and carry permits.
The people of New York do not have the same democratically arrived at autonomy to invest their state legislature with the power to make laws? Is that your claim?
Before you start chundering on about the constitutional right to bear arms even I know it doesn’t give the right to conceal those arms about your person.
The SCOTUS is clearly part of the right wing tyranny project currently being carried out by the far right Republican Party.
