So I respectfully re-phrase. Biden violated the Constitution. Imagine that.
The issue in the one case the SCOTUS decided was whether the HEROES Act authorized the proposed program the Biden administration wanted to implement. The Court said "no" but it made no decision as to whether other laws passed by Congress would justify other and different student loan foregiveness programs. That is still being litigated with the latest Federal Court of Appeals saying a different program Biden put in place was lawful, at least in part.
