The bit about POTUS declassifying stuff, he cannot just wave his wand and boing, declassify. There is a pesky detail there called DUE PROCESS. For instance, Bolton was very close to Trump and he NEVER heard Trump declassify ANYTHING EVER.
Sure POTUS CAN declassify but the actual owners of the docs have a say whether stuff is declassified and that whole declassify deal doesn't mean a thing as far as the warrant goes, the level of clearance needed to view them wasn't mentioned in the warrant DELIBERATLY. So there would be ZERO way Trump could wiggle out of the charges by claiming he declassed all that stuff.
I assume you are ok with the whole fake elector fraud case and for that to have come about nearly on the same day in several states points to one thing, coordination from the top and the top was Trump.

So the fact Jared made trip after trip to Saudi Arabia to pursue his deal AT GOVERNMENT EXPENSE means nothing to you. You won't go into just what led to that deal. Jared is a political hack in it for himself and there is no way you can defend that. He is NOT a fiduciary for instance. He has zero experience in handling other people's money, this was a political payback obvious to anyone not hypnotized by Trump.
We have a large sum of money coming for our daughter in law to handle and I am getting in touch with a REAL fiduciary and they get something under 2% to handle large estates. So let's suppose Jared get's that 2% of TWO BILLION.
Ten % would be 200 MILLION, ONE % would be 20 million so he could be getting something like THIRTY MILLION just on the idea of being an agent.
But he could say I charge TWENTY PERCENT to handle that money, so I get FOUR HUNDRED MILLION, and thank you very much.

I sold one of my rental houses two months ago and took the proceeds and invested it at Merrill Lynch. The guy I invested it with made a commission. Do you think I should be able to get my money back? Also, Note that I did not give that broker my money. I invested it.
