If there is a real societal cost (i.e., discomfort and inconvenience for women when men are allowed to use their restroom), then externalizing the costs of one person's gender dysphoria on all the women who use that restroom is immoral.
If there's no real cost (for example, if the restrooms are individual), then sure, accommodate people. I still think treatment to allow them to cope with their illness is a better option than humoring the patient (just as humoring a cancer patient by allowing them to identify as cancer-free might make everyone feel better, but is not a long-term option), but that's not my call.

It's not enough that I support their right to be accepted, including running for any public office; I also can't object to transwomen in sports.
As far transwomen in bathrooms, human history has clearly taught us men are creeps; that unfortunately doesn't disappear when one transitions to a woman. That's not a slam against trans women, that's a fact about anyone born male.
Also: is it that unrealistic that some men could pretend to be trans just to peep in a women's locker room? How do you know who's a genuine trans person or a deviant exploiting an opportunity? Again: history has shown countless times that men are scum.
There is a good argument for why transwomen *should* be allowed to use women's facilities. At the same time, pretending there are no risks is stupid.

Refusal of care is absolutely the right of the patient.
Vice versa, laws exist to prevent doctors from harming patients. If these laws are violated in the context of gender-related care, patients can file lawsuits just like they can for other types of medical misconduct. There's no need for new laws on that front.

Sorry mate, you are NOT making a good point. In no way are pride parades pushing anything on anyone who does not want to participate. Other groups do lots of stuff that I don't like in public but you don't have the right to tell them they can't express themselves.
